Impossible to log out of elitetrader

Wondering if anyone knows what might be wrong, but for me it is impossible to log out of elitetrader. When I hit log out, I am still logged in. Anyone ever have the same issue and solve this?

Yeah, I hate it when I can't log-out, and log back in using my alias.

 

Yeah, right. Thats what i thought. Doesnt work.
Im using IE 8 if that matters.

 

I can log-in and out at will with no problems using IE8 and/or Forefox

 

...why would you want to log out anyhow? I almost never log out, maybe 3 times a year.
Well, I don't have other aliases either.

 

maybe he's posting from a shared computer??

 

Im experiencing the same problem via mobile device.

 

That's weird, since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox I can't stay logged on. Of course I'm not a programmer guy either.
