IMO, these folks split the baby.

Satisfy MAGA clowns by saying the case lacks jurisdiction.
Satisfy RINO's by saying Orange man bad.

Clowns. The whole lot of them.

& Hypocritically they refused to hold the Senate vote while he was in office to make it so.

A majority of Americans believe former President Donald Trump should have been convicted for inciting an insurrection against Congress, according to the latest ABC News/Ipsos survey conducted February 13-14. The survey found that 77% of respondents believe Trump’s impeachment trial was a partisan affair, with senators voting along the party line. Just 23% of respondents said they believe senators voted based on the facts that were before them.

88% of Democrats said Trump should have been convicted based on the evidence while only 14% of Republicans said the same. 64% of independents who participated in the survey said the Senate should have convicted Trump.

You know what happens when a few Republicans cross the border with Mexico?

The average IQ in the US goes up, and the average IQ in Mexico goes down.

To be fair, Mexican and Central American migrants are not raising our average IQ. I don't blame them, of course; poverty lowers IQ.

I'd counter the ones smart enough to bail from poverty may not be as low IQ as righties would have you believe. Brain drain by different methods if you will.

Actually your ideology does it. The intellectual capital of countless countries has been destroyed by left wingers.

F.B.I. Finds Contact Between Proud Boys Member and Trump Associate Before Riot
A leader of the far-right group separately said he had been in touch with Roger Stone, but an official said it was not the same contact investigators found through electronic communications records.

WASHINGTON — A member of the far-right nationalist Proud Boys was in communication with a person associated with the White House in the days just before the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol, according to a law enforcement official briefed on the investigation.

Location, cellular and call record data revealed a call tying a Proud Boys member to the Trump White House, the official said. The F.B.I. has not determined what they discussed, and the official would not reveal the names of either party.
