Tonight's vote indicates that they don't have the votes to impeach a private citizen. Biden said they don't have the votes. This is just another example of the incompetence of the dems. It is another illustration of the grotesque misuse of taxpayers funds. These assholes want me to give them more of my money through taxes so that they can flush even more of it down the toilet.

There is no choice not should there be. The republicans who vote to convict can save their political souls and real if that is a thing.

They have negotiated the two weeks for Trump to prepare, an awful lot can happen.

Partisanship has always prevented Senate convictions. He is still 1 of only 3 impeached presidents and the only one to be impeached twice.Thats his legacy and will be in the history books forever.Good job Dems

What does that actually accomplish? Absolutely nothing! It is worth about as much as used toilet paper. Apparently, the dems are blissfully unaware that there is a major pandemic and people are suffering. Yeah, but, screw all of that. We need something for the history books. That is some libtard logic right there.

Biden's cabinate are going through the Senate without problems or controversy. Trump did not even have a full time team on the pandemic at the White House Birx just revealed, one person.

He was also getting 'parallel streams' of data from covid deniers as was his way to always want 'positive news', they just made stuff up.

This is worth watching of you actually have a concern about people suffering (little sad face).

It actually, accomplishes something. That is inflames the conservatives to fight back. This shows the utter disregard of the Democrats for any US laws already on the books. The coming 2022 midterm elections is an opportunity for conservatives to remove both the RINO and Democrat do nothing politicians. Democrats hanging on to a precarious majority in both the House and Senate. Now, Republicans if there were smart, would move to dismantle the Democrat cheating apparatus in their states while, they still can. Otherwise, Democrats will be able to hold onto their powers by cheating yet, again in 2022.

Yeah, who gives a shit about these 10 million people. It is tremendously more important to further divide the country and to shame Trump.

Who gives a shit that 10 million people may be evicted. We need to impeach Trump.

I mean the libtards may cause the largest crash in the history of the universe by wasting time impeaching a private citizen rather than focus on the ongoing crisis.

We now have children and clowns running the country.

    Averting an Eviction Crisis

According to the Census Bureau’s Household Pulse Survey, as of late December, more than 10 million renters are behind on their rent payments and at risk of being evicted. At more than one in six renters, that’s three times the typical rate. To put that into some perspective, approximately seven million households lost their homes in foreclosure during the five darkest years of the global financial crisis (2008-2012). Here we have 10 million families facing a similar fate over a matter of months.
