So far...those that have been arrested and/or fired from their jobs after being identified as insurrectionists / domestic terrorists at the Capitol...storming the Capitol...

None of them are associated with ANTIFA although it doesn't indicate ANTIFA were not there. Regardless who the hell they were...round them up...throw them in jail. :sneaky:

I've heard that veterans were involved (one was killed, others with zip ties for taking hostages / kidnapping)...gotta root these individuals out especially the ones with active connections to the National Guard, Reserves or Active Duty rank n file.

  3. If the pandemic gets problematic for Joe and people start asking "where's the beef, and don't tell us about Trump" then the lefties and the lefty media are preparing a set of issues that they can divert over to as needed. Continual droning and making household names out of various participants in the capitol incursion will work fine for that.

Very useful to them. They just better hope that Americans are as interested in seeing Camp Biden use this critical pandemic time to try to put a silver stake through Trump's heart. We shall see. The American public will have a "okay fine, Joe but what have you done for me today, other than tell us about Trump" attitude at some point soon- especially if one - just one- of the variants of the virus that will arise turns out to be resistant to the vaccines. Joe can't live off of the Trump cure forever.

  4. No, that's a mob. They need to prove planning, forethought, coordination among several people at multiple levels. This never gets through the senate under current Senate rules and procedures.
There must be some Article 134 type regulation to get him on. Article 134 is the miltary general article which covers anything the first 133 don't cover. Basically it's a conduct unbecoming. Impeachment law must have something like that, which in case case would be a slam dunk. Insurrection is not. Kubuki theater and political grandstanding is all we're seeing here

The insurrectionists have been planning online for weeks. There is obvious forethought, and coordination among several people at multiple levels. A mob whipped up by a narcissistic leader to violently invade the legislative branch to stop the certification process of an election is an insurrection. Trying to claim this is a merely a "mob" when this has been whipped up and planned for weeks is absurd. Trump was even urging the crowd in Georgia on January 4th to march on Congress on the 6th.

@CaptainObvious It doesn't require planning to incite an insurrection.

Just as it doesn't require planning to incite a riot.

    Here’s the dirty little secret:

Senate Republicans want Trump convicted but what they can get is a ban from holding federal office again (51 votes).

Either way, Trump is finished. Without twitter and Facebook he has no power beyond endorsing primary candidates.
