Yer confusing terms. Trump is going to be impeached tonight (or whenever the house gets to have the full floor vote after all this debate shit), that much is certain. He simply will not be found guilty of any articles of impeachment in the Senate trial (we all think). To impeach does not mean to remove him from office. It simply moves the articles to the Senate. THAT is where the impeachment would cause a removal from office. He is already impeached! Now will the Senate follow through and charge him with the crimes called for through the impeachment process.
this whole thing is really all about Pelosi... she didn't want to go forward in the beginning but got hijacked so she had to, otherwise she'd lose the speakership... so now the dems just want to go down swinging - the reps in the trump districts are totally screwed for 2020; - the Trump base is so fired up, fund raisings going thru the roof; - the independents are leaning completely to Trump now they see what this is. dems are completely doomed for 2020.. market will rally for the next 15 months.
and the rank n file on the left are so brain washed, many of them actually believe that the market rise from october is because Trump getting impeached... I am not making this up.
