Immigrants Aim To 'Close' US Cities on May 1st

  1. OT but...

I used to hang with a guy, well, actually more with his wife ;-) who was the sound tech for Julio Iglesias (among others) and swears that he did lines with Clinton back when he was governor. I believe it. Oh yeah. Bill certainly inhaled...

    ...coughed....

    ... and inhaled repeatively :D

  2. I find that interesting, considering that Miami-Dade is probably about 80-90% Latino.

America is a country of immigrants! LOL that is BS. Every country is a country of immigrants. People do NOT grow out of the dirt. Everyone in Japan migrated there ---ages ago. But at what point did they stop becoming a country of immigrants?? When they shut doors behind them!

If America is a country of immigrants ---the Native Americans need to leave! Oh I forgot technically all the Indians migrated here over the Siberian planes 13000 years ago and genocided whoever was here then. Which does not make them Native Ameican but Asian.

Lets stop playing with words. The last great migration into America ---was a long time ago. The highest native born population in America was in 1865 100% of the country was born here and their fathers had been born here. 98% were white european, 1.5% were African descendants of slaves and about .5% were Indians.

The big difference between this immigration in the last great wave is simple. No one got Affirmative Action 100 years ago, no free health care, no food stamps etc etc etc. Oh and we were not letting in folks who were yelling RECONQUISTA, oh and one more thing ---THE MEXICANS HAVE A COUNTRY!!!

By the way, Mexico has as much oil as Iran! Why are they so poor???

  4. Speaking of Native Americans - they are pissed off by the Mexicans saying they were here first.

I've been listening to Alternative radio stations where the protest "organizers" take calls and they are getting a lot of Native Americans calling in to correct them. Of course they organizers brush them off since all the slogans are just for emotional not historical content.

Was anyone affected by the protests? There was a lot less traffic jams today.

I say let them PROTEST EVERY DAY.

You mention all that history and then say that the U.S.'s last migration was "a long time ago"? Lmao, dumb.

You'll no more stop life moving around this earth then you'll stop the tides.

Have you been to San Antonio lately ?

Part of being a friend is respecting others viewpoints even if you do not agree with them.

My point is simple and there is nothing dumb about it. You can have open border or anything you want but NOT with a welfare state.

Comparing life to tides is idiotic. Life can be ENDED quite easily---TIDES HAVE NEVER BEEN ENDED. Invasions/Migrations have been turned back time and time again.

True story, many years ago I went to renew my license here in Texas. There was a hispanic guy in there wanting to take the written test. He could not read the standard version. Do you know what happened next ? They gave him a spanish version and even the signs had spanish on them in the test book. How many stops signs do you see in America that say alto ?
