Does anybody know why Imcl is up nearly 10% after hours. Carl Icahn rejection solicitation is old news as far as I know
A lot of people didn't know that a $38 all cash buyout had been rejected until Bloomberg reported it tonight. Those that didn't know obviously are hoping that the board of directors and Icahn are going get into it, and that eventually, a buyout will be accepted at a healthy premium.
