This looks like one of those "duh, why didn't I buy MER or BSC when I had a chance" investments. Reminds me of when MCD went to 20 or when BBY went to 15 some years ago.
If you're a trader, maybe. If you're an investor, so long as you understand you are attempting to pick the bottom of a world-wide financial fiasco versus the bottom of particular stock. Keep in mind all the "value" and "deals" that supposedly existed DURING the last bubble burst.
