I'm sorry I voted for Obama

  1. What was strange about his Obama dream was that they both were naked in the dream.

  2. 2008 the deficit was 455 billion. Obama was elected Nov 2008. But anyway...who introduces bills? Congress. Who controlled the house AND the senate since 2007? Oh thats right...DEMOCRATS!

Sorry AK47...It was your team that ran up the credit card. Not mine.

Not sure Obama playing an arcade game is politics, but I guess I see where you're going. Not that I can control my dreams anyway. If I could, they'd be nothing but Salma Hayek.

The last one of which would likely feature a restraining order.

    Deficit

With projected receipts less than projected outlays, the budget proposed by President Bush predicts a net deficit of approximately $400 billion dollars, adding to a United States governmental debt of about $11.4 trillion. Actual tax receipts totaled approximately $2.1 trillion – significantly less than the $2.7 trillion expected. The actual deficit in 2009 was $1.4 trillion.

  6. Most of the current deficit and debt is due to Bush's unfunded wars,Bushes unfunded tax cuts,Bushs unfunded medicare expansion and Bushes expansion of government

The Republicans had the White House,The Senate, and The House of Representatives when Bushs tax cuts passed and when Bushs medicare expansion passed

The Republicans had The White House ,The House of Representatives and 49 Republican Senators when the homeland security act passed (which spawned massive government growth)and when the Iraq war resolution passed

  9. I have talked to numerous people who could have written the OP. They typically are not very political and eagerly bought into the carefully constructed obama myth. The fact the republicans ran a sanctimonious jerk didn't help.

Obama's race was clearly the deciding factor for many if not most of these voters, even if it was unarticulated. Finally, they had the opportunity to bury the racial stereotypes and guilt and prove they could do the right thing.

Now it has all turned sour. Obama was probably the least qualified candidate in history, as well as the most radically leftwing. It has proved to be a toxic combination. He acts more like a dictator than a president. His wife seems to have used Imelda Marcos as a role model. If we are lucky and nothing more goes wrong in the middle east, his most significant accomplishment will be to have added a record sum to the national debt with nothing to show for it, other than a stagnant economy.

The assault on private enterprise, freedom and prosperity seems to go on daily. Now his radicalized EPA has announced a rule designed to address a non-problem, carbon emissions, that will triple the cost of electricity. Add that to record gasoline prices and you have a real gutshot to working people. Of course, obama doesn't really care. Like most leftists, he thinks americans live too big anyway. We have no business driving cars and living in big houses. Anyway, more economic misery might provide an opening for even more socialism.
