Factual evidence consists of not being an admiral and leaving the Navy as Captain. Vague promises don't mean shit. Being on the way is a very vague phrase. The idea that you can make more of a difference by being 1 out 425 as opposed an admiral of any kind is a joke. Secretary of the navy was just being charitable. If you read between the lines, John McCain was told he was never gonna a full admiral and only potentially (probably not) a rear admiral.
He has been avoiding me, then he talks about IQ and all that. But rather than confront his racism about Arabs, he first puts me on ignore, then, when he takes me off, he makes a tepid peace offering, but then he attacks Progressives non-stop, knowing that I am one.
