It has a a tremendous amount geopolitical worries, great earnings and now possibly an accommodating fed. I know 2 are quite positive but as the market is a discounting mechanism, wouldn't the fed. piece be interpreted as a negative either way inflation??or predictive of a recession. Earnings maybe in the autumn of their expansion and you got the big deficit? Throw in oil and greenland melting and the bear should be here, nope you get at best a 10% haircut and then they'll load the bus, then after a 100% gain the cleansing will come as GS,MS etc short and cleanup ala 87. Short term it's like sticking an inflated beachball under water.
