I don't believe in terms of overbought/oversold, nothing is every over bought and unless it gets to zero-never oversold, PRICE can always go further and instruments can't, Price is always right and indicator often are wrong/and if you not studied the indicator of what it should do on years of data, you will hurt yourself much more than good things come out of using them. All my systems I can entry and exit on Bollinger Bands, comes down to knowing when which comes from practice. RSI can show Trend, can show retracements 55/45, and show divergences. Bollinger Bands can show Failures, price pierces BB and then price tries to make higher high than previous highs and does not pierce BB and fails, often times right shoulder of H&S. LOL I use SMAs on all my one minute day trading charts. Very seldom use EMA as it often gives too many false signals.
