I think you have to ask this question on Trade2win, that is mostly for European traders and they are more interested in and knowledgeable about CFDs. I don't think there is a US broker, you have to shop somewhere else... Anything OTC and doesn't have anything to do with the exchange, They are illigal in many countries, including America for a reason. Hence "Bucket Shop".
u can open an account at AMP futures and trade the e-micro for only $500 minimum account, the margins are only $100 a pop. u can trade 5 contracts and ul look like a hero.
IB + Button Trader a marriage made in heaven for somebody that needs to put orders in/out quickly. Having said that I don't think BT offers the ability to trade CFDs, something to do with margining problems etc. FX, yes, anything on an Exchange, yes.
