I'm looking for an edge - I can share a percentage of my profits

  1. Don't give your money to anyone unless you hear what Senior Strategist, Ntwadumela, he who breathes with fire, has to say first. Ignore all ET sharks, give Ntwadumela first crack at your goods. :D

Watch the whole video, then note the feno-menal stamina, the pacing, the tripping and then the swift bite to the jugular. trades will go down this-a-way.

    Good luck

Lol, good point. That's why I said I would pay cash. Whatever the mentor prefers

A true mentor doesn’t ask for cash. Even so, there are ones that do. Not that they need or want it but to screen and filter those that wouldn’t be a good fit.

Some educators might, others definitely would. Some offer at a discount, others at a premium.

There are good ones and bad ones of each. Ones that you will resonate with and others only for a time.

Most likely, you’ll go through a secession of them. Each will offer experiences to support you on your path.

Even when the mentor has a successful method, whether it can be transferred to you depends on you.

Folks braying about mentorship have never been in one that would have changed their opinion on the matter.

Good luck on your search, what you are looking for is also looking for you.

I have spent some years mentoring. My experience is that it always takes more time and the student is not ready to learn what it takes. They go in every direction possible, while their mindset is the only thing they need to overcome. Trading is simple.

You just follow the golden rule: cut your losers and let your winners run.
5 to 1, gives you a profitable system, even when you are wrong 80% of the time.
Outliers as 50 to 1 or on rare occasions the 200 to 1, the fat tail in the distribution is what makes you wealthy.

The journey is to accept this or make your mind at peace with it.

That is all the mentoring you need from someone.

  7. I post many winners live.
I am not interested in mentoring

Demand anyone who claims to have edge, to prove it live , with real time exits and entries. over an extended period.

This will eliminate 99.99999% of all applicants

I told folks that the con man Ryan Cohen would announce he has sold all his BBBY garbage after the close today. Stock was destroyed. ootm Puts will be paying off at over 20-1 overnight

This advice was worth millions , and I posted it for free.

The only one here who ever came close was Jack Hershey and he died broke

All you need to know. Hard part is to actually DO IT, that's why it's profitable.

You probably think it will take a few weeks / months for the mentor to train you up.

I doubt you can get a mentor.

First, the mentor has to spend years or even a few decades training you.

After many years/decades, then we will know whether the trainee can make it or not.

The chance of trainee success is < 10%.
And if the trainee can't make it, then all the mentor's effort will be totally wasted.

anyway, no harm in you looking for a mentor.

The arrangement you seek is similar to Richard Dennis and the Turtles. He took 13 students without any experience in trading and taught them everything to know about trading. There were rules to follow and deviate from the rules and he kicked them out. Trading capital was Richard Dennis as he owned a brokerage firm. He paid the traders a salary and a percentage of the profits. There was a 2nd group he taught too. After Richard Dennis ended the program, it was reported that he earned a total of $400 million (hope I recalled the amount correctly) in trading profits. You can get a copy of the methodology on the internet for free now as the Turtles are now free from the NDA they signed with Richard Dennis. Most of the Turtle traders went on later to establish profitable careers trading and running their own companies.
