In the STATE of Sao Paulo there is an area called "Angra dos Reis".. Its a weekend vacation spot for rich people.. imagine this.. there is a club that is on an island and the only way to get the club is by private boat/yatch.. the way it works is that some dude with a boat pulls up and brings 10 girls.. The pregame is that you start drinking on the boat and looking out into the bay you will see 50-100 "yachts" and the guy/ girl ratio is obviously insane. The club is just an after thought. Angra is a whole other thread but i dont think foreigners can visit Brazil and really see brazil.
