Yes. I choose to wait as to me price performance is an ultimate confirmation of theoretical foundations even though it is not a Holy Grail. When price hits a level it becomes a fact, before it does so it remains a prediction. Anyhow I wish you luck.

You just got to love the upside this market has, at the rate these markets are going 10,000 will be coming either this afternoon or tomorrow followed by a massive run to 11000 and change, at that point if the bulls are still not satisfied with a 70%+ return from the bottom their a bunch of greedy fools. I think the rate the market is running and of course how they base everything forward looking, bernanke better wake up and start raising rates now! There is too much liquidity pushing global markets higher and everyone should exactly know what that will lead to if they do not take notice and continue to let everything remain in place.

  5. So when is the next time Bernahke will be able to raise rates?

    Able???

He can move them anytime he pleases. By knowing how things work on wallstreet he will wait an extremely long period of time before even pushing them back above 1% by then it will be too late, numerous asset bubbles will have formed yet again. How else do you think the economy is going to jump out of this recession, by creating bubbles, our economy cannot grow any longer on it's own, there is no organic growth left so everything has to be done by inflating the economy out of the recession.

  7. Stop trying to call tops or bottoms and just trade price action!

  8. if you read a few posts earlier thats where I made my point. The market could not care less WHATSOEVER, which top or bottom we have made before, where the xx-period moving average is, what anybody thinks about government assistance, the Taliban. If results for the big banks plus the rest of corporate American on average looks better than expected then the highs will be taken out this week (if they have not already as we speak just now).
In thus I can only repeat calling tops or bottoms is completely irrelevant, at least to my trading and positions and it should be to yours as well.

And what is your value proposition?

  9. exactly, but hey, you get flamed for speaking out the truth. Papertraders still have the biggest mouth...and the OP is nowhere to be seen...after having added about 10 people to his ignore list who all told him to follow price action instead of making stupid calls against the trend.

  10. And once again, another perfect example of why calling price tops and bottoms is for kids.
