I'm 18, where should I start

  1. This is actually the correct answer. Setup a ROTH IRA and invest in vanguard mutural funds. And I'm serious about the girls. Try and get head from all the hot ones in high school. The sluty ones give the best from personal experience 5 years ago :D

    Joe426,

After reading the last six pages of replies, this will give you a flavor of the wide disparity in investment and trading advice you will receive during your lifetime.

It will also give you an idea of the general population that inhabits this entertaining website.

Take a sack of salt with anything you read here.

You sound like you are on the right track.. Educate yourself, whether you are "investing" or "trading". This is the most important, well next to all the advice you have received about girls. (Which I wholeheartedly agree with)

p.s. Stocktrad3r really doesn't know everything there is to know about stocks.

  4. You can invest the money in the stock market and/or in yourself. If you have a learning persona try some courses that could be of benefit to you, such as a second language. Then try living in that country for a few years to experience another way to look at problem solving. You'll do much better at learning that now than you will in 10 or 20 years.

And the advice regarding conquering as many of the opposite sex as possible is fair but the way you meet them is crucial - don't hang around every bar to get the girls, you'll end up under-achieving with a drink problem and an STD.

Dont be taking too much advise from people on the Internet that you know nothing about. Go to college, get laid, have some fun.

  6. Practice mental math, play tennis or golf, solve sudoku puzzles, rubik's cube, crossword puzzles, play chess, and be well versed in stats/probability.

At your age? Invest it in some high quality poontang (scalp or swing trade, not a long-term position). You'll get a much better return than putting it into stocks.

Come back in 5 years, then you can think of being (a little bit) responsible.

  8. None of the people here have $2 to their name. Thats why they have the chase pssy mentality, In reality pssy chases successful MEN, successful men does not chase PSSY.

Make something of yourself before you go around looking for psy entertainment like the rest of the losers posting here.

    a) Don't focus on women when you are young
Not only will you get much less psy, because you are just another average shmuck with $2 to your name , no girls will be with you for long

    b) Women lower your expectactiosn in life, if youa re satisfied with women early in your youth, you will be un-motivated your whole life.

    c) work hard and build massive experience, realize all successful people work really hard when they are young from age 13, all the way up to age 23, where they have as much experience as any 40 year old , so they can morph into a superstar.

    d) Don't listen to these idiots about psy, bunch of losers who probably never got laid or had 1 ugly college girlfriend thinking "go fk college chicks" all day

use your college years and build your trading experience, your business, your life

When you graduate out of college, make the big money after you make the big money, you will have access to unlimited women because now you are

    a MAN OF MEANS.

    not some college chumpkid.

    --------

Men never chases psy, Men chases dreams, psy chases real men. losers chase psy and fail miserably and reminsce what they should have done. In fact anything they did would have resuletd in a non-result . No women wanted to be with them in the first place becvause they were going nowhere in life.

So they dream what they should have done in college????

women come and go, but opportunies never last, experience to capitalize on those opportunies take a long time to develop, women still come and go. fortunes made from experiences last forever.

real Experiences from a guy who has everything.
