  1. You're not quite being intellectually honest here are you Tsing?

Or did I misread your intent?

  2. So the guy that wants to ban semi-automatic rifles is okay with semi-automatic shotguns?

I guess that makes sense in the hypocritical world of an AGW advocacy nut who makes his living selling HAC systems.

FC: Women can handle a shotgun just as easily as a handgun, if they can't maybe they shouldn't have either.

Is this about your 4,000th illogical post here on ET? Keep up the good work kid but maybe you should back off on the freon sniffing.

I already made a post, that my original thoughts on the subject were wrong. Once I learned more, I changed my mind.

Ban will only work, if it is an outright ban, and such ban has zero chance of passing.

Instead of banning something, the better idea would be limiting the access for mentally ill and felons. This would include making a mandatory background check for every purchase even at gun shows. This will also slow down straw purchases.

The felon who shot 2 firefighters, did not have any means to buy it on black market, instead his neighbor bought it for him. If the background check law was in place, she would have been made aware that selling or giving a gun to someone without passing an background check is a felony, and it would most probably deter her.

Exactly, why hand guns, especially for women, offer a much better protection. Most of the time, house is where the weapon would be needed for law abiding citizens.

It might make sense to him, and others like him, but it won't happen.

I am definitely on the team of people who support 2nd amendment.

I am against sale of weapons without background checks.
