Legalize everybody who is in US already?

    1. Give green cards and/or citizenship to everyone who is already in the country

    2. Shoot anybody who tries to cross the border illegally from this point on

    Ronald Reagan tried that. Didn't work. No one would secure the borders.

    Secure the border first. Then we can decide what to do with the illegals who are here.
