You dont need to pay any company to learn about technical trading. Just go to your local library or Borders/Barnes & Noble and find books about technical trading. Then practice trading some of those tech strategies on a DEMO acct. It will take a considerable amt of time tattooing all that info into your head and then applying it to actual trade setups. You must have alot of patience or you will regret it later....
Going to the library is a very good idea to get books for free. Also as you are getting books on technical analysis make sure that you pick up a book on risk money management
