It's best to open a deal with eur/usd and gbp/usd instead of one with eur/gbp. I recently decided to open an account with them. Up until now I was trading on a demo. The terminal works just as fast on a real accout or maybe even faster, I don't notice a difference. The quotes are without studs and it significantly doesn't differ from other brokers. Have not yet tried withdrawing.
