His scandal? I hope you are kidding. Don't see how you could run a multibillion scam for more than 20 years all by your self. They knew something was wrong. They just kept helping themselves to the trough.
Absolutely. It is better to have loved and lost than never loved at all. I am certain that the Madoffs will continue living better than you or I. I do not know you, but chances are that there is not 1 reader on here that lived close to the way the Madoffs have. I would also venture to say that the recreation building on his property is bigger than Elite subscriber's home.
He has houses...eerrrr...mansions....errrr....compounds in the Hamptons, France and Florida not to mention the 5 million dollar apartment in the city which is just a stopping off place to rest when he is in town.
I'd rather be the doctor. You'll be dead a long time. It's up to you if you're grave is covered with flowers or urine.
No, I think you are mistaken. The blogs and articles clearly indicate that the auditors of the Madoff fund shared a 13x18 room. Madoff's office was not 13x18. It was 2 or 3 auditors that had to share that room. For a billion dollar hedge fund, 2 or 3 auditors crammed into a small room.
I would have exited out of this gracefully but transfering all the money I could to some off-shore accounts that could not be touched and then heading off to someplace where a mutual legal assistance treaty could not touch....
