Yeah the equity curve thing is great. Problem is they don't let children sign brokerage contracts. Also you would have to have actual currency in your trading account. On the other side, it is refreshing to see kids running around in the yard with Mom's sheets tied around their necks yelling "I'm Superman, I can fly.....wheeeee" Good luck in the markets everyone Steve
Mommy, wanna tie my shoe for me?? I'm a big kid now, they let big kids sign contracts, yay! Oh yeah, I happen to like running around outside with my superman costume... the girls call it "Outrageously hot", and I get two thumbs up. ES you were right, this is funny Now Steve, I mean, mommy, if you will please excuse me, I have to wrap up my trading day a bit early, because I'm going to go play with the other kiddies at the park soon. Don't hate, appreciate.
atta boy...(I just want to remind you that Steve46 is a superior senior trader to both of us combined, make friends with him)
That ignore thing didn't last very long did it? So now your having a little internet tantrum. You might want to try holding your breath. No comments of substance, just a child's reaction to getting set on your ass. Yeah you are on the road to success alright.
"but.... but.... but..... HE STARTED IT!!!!" I have no doubt in my mind that he, and almost everyone that has posted here is far superior to me. I just try and learn from those that are better than me, and learn from the mistakes of people that have failed. Steve46, well I don't know wtf his problem is, but I pretty much remember him insulting me back when I first started I believe, and well now... hey, some things change, and somethings don't.
WHY THANK YOU STEVE!!!! I knew you had it in your heart to give me credit for something. I am obliged to have your assurance that I am on the road to success, it means great things to me hearing it from those that are much better than me. ES, keep it real. I'll be back later. I'm off to act like a kid, as steve says I am. Maybe I will crash the airplane and Steve46 (ooo, there is a 6 in his name) will be happy. Ciao! BTW, I want to add Joeyeta, Bighitter, and FuturesTrader71 to my list of traders I'd take, they helped me in the past as well.
You shouldn't have said that... Geeez... you guys are big bullies... Better trader or More capital doesn't = More "right" or "smarter" ... and JMow = Big wimp
ES helped me realize that ET isn't how I once interpreted it. I interpreted it as a professional place where I could voice my opinions and get constructive feedback with mature adults. ES made me realize for myself, that this is just not true in majority of cases, and I have come to conclude on my own that it is not worth arguing over anything anymore on ET because the professionalism only exists in a few traders who I respect, and the rest I no longer care about and just should not waste time trying to communicate. I had thought of being able to help a lot of people on ET, but just lost sight of that with recent developments and the attitude of members on ET, I just have to look out for myself now. I might post my P&L daily in the future, but again, not really worried because I'm not here to impress anyone anyways. I came to ET almost a year ago, and have talked to several great traders, and have learned from them, and have already searched all the posts on ET that were beneficial to my trading. I love ET, but I'm just here for the laughs now, and ES helped me realize it. Satire.... ES helped me realize it can be a great tool on ET Now I don't get pissed off when dealing with a maniac *still get pissed off at eSignal*. It's a wonderful thing! But a bully? Now that's over the line, I wouldn't hurt a fly. I'd only and willingly would hurt eSignal
this need to be in a position of deciding ...... who is in and who is out, whether we're talking about this realistic trading room or not, is what is the greatest falicy of dominance or superiority that holds Americans back and which is where most other western cultures advance.... for example, in Korea, there is an acknowledgement that they collectively, as a nation, only have just so many "of age" workers of a certain apptitude that can handle, for example Banking and Teller jobs, hence they make it so that waves of candidates qualify just by being classified in that category, instead of the arbitrary method that exists in the US. Our disposable mentality is a luxury that we collectively are realizing we can no longer afford.... Just look at what severe damage is being done by this Oil Administration and their stranglehold over the price of gasoline and fuel / oil products.....
