I wouldve fought long and hard to at least get them to absorb half the loss.....

Backup: verizon wireless usb stick

Get rid of them!

The charts are not bad, but DO NOT execute with them, eventually it is a costly situation!

You @ least need a backup broker when this happens.

 

Agreed no way would I trade off of wireless.

 

I also use my main computer for trading, and have had no issues whatsoever. But once Windows 7 comes out, I do plan on buying a new computer, and only use it for trading.

 

I agree. They suck at answering the phones too. I've got Ninja running as a second data feed and am looking to open an account with someone like Mirus or Amp.
