If you receive Market Data from the NYSE directly throught a server Do you still....

    basically if you receive NYSE data through a server the NYSE said that they were going to charge you in the neighborhood of $1700 / month.

    I know that they were trying to fight this and I was wondering if people are still paying the $1700 / month or if the SEC changed this rule?
