Well, yes the cheap labor helps, but the unions have murdered any chance GM ever had. They've absolutely sucked it dry, and they're also the reason the first bailout didn't pass through. Quite frankly, China's the future car sale boom and I think GM's more concerned about that. Hey for some reason Asians think American cars are good? A GM cost more than a Toyota in Thailand and some people actually buy them, go figure?
