Yes i've seen this and the opinion on reddit that it's the same as Predictum's, but there are minor differences and many signals need to be filtered out.
I went through the code and all it does is to label japanese candlesticks. It is actually a very simple algorithm. I'm not sure if it has any value, those japanese candlesticks are well known and they barely work as expected. They are part of a pretty basic TA.
