I do second guess my decision( and sanity) to leave the Investment banking world at 40 y.o, but that's not a major regret..

Having my first child later in life is something I wish I would have done earlier..And I do regret not fully appreciating how much love my parents showered me with and how much they sacrificed to give me the best life they could..

 

The only good to come from having regrets, is to be better/make better choices in the future.

Knowing sometimes that is not possible. But we can't live our past, we have to just leave our past .... in the past.
