lindq, try to offset your quarterly taxes by getting a side business...invest in some equipment and take the accelerated tax loss to show a loss.....then let your business recover the investment slowly.....and pay less tax..... I am not a tax advisor....So take my advice seriously... I know a trader who has an all cash vending machine business...it works rather nicely.... Michael B.

Harrytrader, that's a most excellent story! People who come to the point where they realize they don't need any more, and don't need to continue to struggle, are to be envied. IMO, if at some point if we can't each say "enough!" at some point in our lives, then we are doomed to never be satisfied.

Trading is the easiest way to make a tough living, LOL, Once you know what you are doing, and you set yourself up so it requires the minimal effort, it basically becomes a joke, with that said i always enjoy laughing at people who think they can step into the arena with zero effort, and pay someone 300$ a month to teach them how to make huge dollars.....
