then what???? hmmmm cut rates again tomorrow morning before the market opens and maybe it will give the markets a much needed 1% bounce off its new lows. the bulls were to greedy, they wanted the rate cuts, they get them and now look, market still trading as if its ready to since into a roaring bear market.
