It's the truth.
manipulation dissolves confidence,heightens fear,greed
Everything is relative, even though the US market isn't perfect, other markets are probably even worse.
what's the difference if you can make money off it?
"If this market keeps being manipulated..."
I stopped reading right there.
the retail and the 401k will get slaughterd, then we are the retail, then we are gone, then it's whale on whale, hft's have already decimated dayttrading, next swing trading, then there will be a $1 million minimum acct to open, death to trading,or killing the golden goose
similar to the labor market, machines taking over, remaining jobs outsourced to $15 a week countries,no more labor, trading, no more traders, just banks and computers
You can always work for the government, someone is going to have to keep all these bums in order.
The OP does have a point -- this is the finest form of manipulation ever seen but the suggestion about it not being attractive? What's not attractive about buying and watching your trade/investment go higher and higher and higher and.....you get the point. That being said, the current move above the highs could very well be driven by stops up there. Don't be surprised if we see and sharp correction. If we don't....well, you know what to do.
