1. these threads are all about examining the EVIDENCE. if opinion777 wishes to call this "judging" then so be it. judging the evidence. ps "political satire" in the form of cute pics, while it may work in politics is not evidence of scientific creation. :D

who here wishes not to be judged by their reason but by their blind faith?

Yes, the side existence takes is commonly referred to as REALITY. LOL!!!
LMAO!

So, according to your "logic", everything exists. How could that not be the case, when "non existence" is only a concept, not a reality?
ROTFL!

So here is the crux of theistic "logic":

"We'll just DEFINE God into reality. We claim our invisible, undetectable, preposterous imaginary overlord EXISTS by DEFINITION!!!"

Why theism isn't considered a form of psychosis is a mystery. XD

Oh, you mean the way man made global warming EXISTS BY DEFINITION, JUST LIKE GRAVITY?

lol, and you people worship nature, even after what it's done to you!

Man-made global warming is a controversial theory supported by facts that are currently being challenged. Gravity is not a theory, gravity is a fact.

You think what we call gravity wouldn't exist if man didn't have a definition for it?

This is why theism should be a psychosis. Your grasp on reality is virtually nonexistent.

And I personally don't know any nature worshipers. Atheists don't worship.

5. Existence doesn't take a side at all, human beings take a side of an issue...

So, according to your "logic", everything exists. How could that not be the case, when "non existence" is only a concept, not a reality?
ROTFL!

Non existence is a word game, a negation on the basis of concept only...

Unless you would like to show a photo of non existence...

LOL!!!

"We'll just DEFINE God into reality. We claim our invisible, undetectable, preposterous imaginary overlord EXISTS by DEFINITION!!!"

By logical definition, of course. Ontology has been around for millenniums because of its basic nature to understand logical truth...

By logical definition God is the greatest, it has been shown logically that there is a greatest, so since God is the greatest by definition, and since the greatest exists, God exists...

Of course you get the nitwits who make absurd statements like Gilbert=God+1 suggesting that the greatest could be added to, but that is an absurdity simply because the greatest contains everything. If something is added, it comes from within, not from without.

People who are stuck in two dimensional thinking, like limited to time and space, wet their pants when forced to think beyond such physical limitations...

Whether conceptually , ontologically ,actually, or obviously, everything needs existence to exist.
Whether conceptually , ontologically ,actually, or obviously, God would need existence to exist.

In this context there is no logical definition for the greatest being God. Existence trumps God.

God is not a logical definition. It's simply absurd to say it is.
If God were a logical definition then it is no more absurd to say Gilbert is a logical definition.

God cannot be the greatest, for whatever you say the greatest is , there is always the prospect for one greater.

To say the greatest contains everything is a nonsensical statement. Conceptually , ontologically, actually, or obviously a container does not contain itself.

If a container can contain itself, then so can Gilbert , only He can always contain +1 greater than God.
Container Gilbert would also contain container God.

Stuck in two dimensional thinking? By the sound of things you've still to reach 1 dimensional.

However your unsolicited reference to Gilbert suggests you’re making some kind of progress.
He’s clearly there, present in your thoughts as God+1.
Praise be! :p

What I find really amusing about all this God = greatest stuff is that mathematics has already proven that there is more than one infinity. They are called transfinite numbers, and yes, transfinite means "infinite", only with a more precise definition.

It turns out the infinity of the counting numbers (1, 2, 3, ...) is actually the smallest transfinite number, and there are an infinite number of transfinite numbers greater than it, just as there are an infinite number of counting numbers greater than 1. Mind-blowing stuff, all invented by Man. I seriously doubt that the "last" transfinite number, if such a beastie exists, has Intelligence and Purpose. :p

8. Thank you for your joke ! The greatest way to answer...

:D

I will add to this that if someone don't say you to look in your heart for every answer he is a liar... You just have to listen ( feel is a better word... ) your heart/soul/spirit... Call it how you feel confortable... and find it in yourself. However remember to educate your self by following what your heart wants to know... The answers will already be there...

9. you dont educate yourself by following what your heart feels. that is called superstition and is nothing more than emotions. you educate yourself by exploring reality.
it is your mind and not your heart that leads you to answers.
