Every time I listen to her brief performance, I still get goose bumps and my eyes get watery. I'm still trying to decide whether she's a mezzo-soprano or a contralto. The truly impressive thing is that her range suggests both a true contralto and a true soprano, the latter judging by her last note. But this distinction is above my pay grade and, in any event, classification is incidental. This young woman is heaven sent. (And this from an atheist.) I imagine her next performance will be either this week or next.
