If markets are a Zero-Sum game, is the PPT making $ or subsidizing everyone on net basis?

    Clearly Futures are zero sum.

    I am clearly dumb, as I dont understand the point tommcginnis is trying to make either?
    Perhaps he can give us some concrete examples instead of talking abstractly.

    Cant argue with that; but CME , IBKR, + others [S& P small liscence ]tend to rake off a profit also+ they should.They have to , so we can get a '' free '' LOL paper calender.:cool::D
