I'm not an expert but I would guess the margin for a billion dollar account would be customized to the situation. Maybe no margin, maybe 10x margin.

 

Why even bother trading when you have a billion (US dollars I presume)?

Last week I deposited $17 billion and my broker gave me $43.26 billion more, so now I have over $60 billion in margin. I don't even understand how they calculated it.

 

You could buy or sell 60,000 ES futures. Notional value $10 billion.

You could spread that order over an hour or two.
