If Americans think the death penalty is perfect why do they have laws to prevent suei

  1. If americans think the death penalty is so great. how come you guys have laws to prevent family of people who were accidentally executed but found innocent after the fact? Why would the government put up laws to prevent people from recieaving fair compensation. Ok it would costs billions but you guys think executions are ok, then drop those laws that prevent civil and criminal suits. Just look at the case in chicago, what do you say to families, oops sorry dude, it was mistaken identity. Heres 10 bucks. Fair compensation.

    Can anybody here justify the death penalty. should innocent people, mostly poor, non white should pay for other peoples crime?

Mahram, you ask so many penetrating questions with a distinct hint at hating anything American, I recommend that you do a Google search on one of the greatest explorers to cover the deep blue seas that will answer a whole boat load of your questions now and well into the future. Did I mention that he was a genius too?

    In other words, total wisdom and understanding to how your brain functions in coming up with your questions - answers too!! -and subtle hate for anything connected to the U.S.
