It's because these protestors are anti-semites simply focused on pouring hatred on Jews.

Ignoring a World of Human Rights Abuses, Student Protesters Reserve Their Anger for Israel
The hatred of Israel is so passionate, so deep and so one-sided that it is clear that something more is at stake here than the merits.
    https://www.nysun.com/article/ignor...ent-protesters-reserve-their-anger-for-israel

In a world of rampant human rights abuses, only one country engenders the kind of protests we are seeing at university campuses today. Where are the protests against the Chinese government’s mistreatment of the Uyghurs? Or against Iran’s murderous attacks on gays and women? Or against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine? Or the gassing of Syrian opponents of the Assad regime? Only Israel generates such widespread protests.

Moreover, the hatred of Israel is so passionate, so deep and so one-sided that it is clear that something more is at stake here than the merits. This is not only about Israel’s self-defense against Hamas. This war may have been the immediate stimulus for the current demonstrations, but similar protests against Israel’s right to exist have been common on university campuses for years. Indeed these protests began immediately after the Hamas barbarisms of October 7, before Israeli troops entered Gaza. Why?

It is not because Israel is a “colonial, settler, white supremacist state,” as protesters falsely claim. Even if it were, why not also protest against New Zealand, which was in fact a colonial nation settled by Europeans with no connection to the land of the Maoris? Jews are indigenous to Israel and were exiled from it over the millennia.

There was a time when much of the left, including the hard-left and radical students, were among Israel’s best friends. That was back in the day when Stalin’s Soviet Union supported Israel at the United Nations, and when its vassal Czechoslovakia provided it with necessary weapons. Once the Soviet Union switched sides, though, and decided to encourage relationships with Egypt and other Arab states, American radicals switched sides as well.

It started with the Communist Party, which became anti-Israel, and then it migrated to hard-left academics and radicals. Now it has become a — if not the — primary target of the radical left. There is no rational basis for the left hating Israel with such passion. Israel’s record on human rights, civil rights and civil liberties is among the best in the world despite being in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods and the need to fight against the slaughters of October 7, the pervasive terrorism and the wars that have been imposed on it.

The opposition to Israel is not about what it does but rather what it is — a Jewish nation. But every Muslim and Arab country is ethnically defined, many with fewer rights given to other citizens – if they’re even allowed to become citizens.

In early 20th-century Poland, there was an expression: “If anything in the world is bad, it must be the fault of the Jews.” Nazi Germany blamed its loss in World War I and the resulting depression on the Jews. Karl Marx blamed capitalism on rich Jews, while other antisemites blamed poverty on poor Jews. Rich, poor — It doesn’t matter. As long as they’re Jews.

The same attitude runs through the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion bureaucracies that now dominate many campuses. DEI, and its intellectual godfather intersectionality, divide the world into mutually exclusive groups: the oppressors and the oppressed. Jews are always among the oppressors regardless of how poor or unprivileged they may be. Arabs and Muslims are among the oppressed no matter how rich or privileged they may be. This provides a justification for antisemitism, now often disguised as anti-Zionism.

Students — who have now become cult-like followers of their radical professors — probably have no idea that they are participating in a bigotry that goes back 2,000 years and is surely among the most lethal in world history. They are on the wrong side of morality. Nor can they be excused because of their age.

There are good and decent professors at many of the universities at which these know-nothing protests are being conducted. But for the most part these professors lack the courage to stand up in public against student bigots. Some oppose them in private. I know because they call to tell me.

As Edwin Burke observed, “the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” That was also the lesson of the world’s collective silence during the Holocaust. Harken “good” professors — do something now.

Supporting pro-Hamas protestors to overrun your campus and occupy it -- and agreeing to their absurd demands -- should lead to immediate dismissal of a university president. Other universities should follow this example and suspend & terminate top university administrators who allow anti-semites to seize their campus and threaten the students. Enough is enough.

The U.S. also needs to deport anti-semites over here who are spreading hate. Their deportations should be fast tracked.

Palestinian student ‘full of joy’ after Oct 7 attack upset she faces deportation
    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/20...dent-visa-rejected-hamas-israel-war-comments/

A Palestinian student who said she was “full of pride” after Hamas launched its attack on Israel faces deportation.

Dana Abuqamar, 19, a law student at Manchester University, had her visa to stay in the UK revoked in December after she was filmed just a day after the Hamas terrorist attack saying she was “really full of joy” and “proud that Palestinian resistance has come to this point”.

Suella Braverman and Robert Jenrick, the home secretary and immigration minister at the time, ruled that her presence in the UK was “not conducive to the public good” and revoked her visa, meaning she had no right to remain.

Ms Abuqamar is, however, understood to be fighting the decision on the basis that rescinding her student visa has “violated her human rights” on the “baseless” accusation that she is a “risk to public safety”.

It is thought Ms Abuqamar is taking legal action as there is no formal right of appeal to the revocation of a visa. Under the rules, an individual is expected to voluntarily leave the UK. If they fail to do so, they face removal by immigration enforcement.

The Home Office would only say that it did not comment on individual cases.

In a video released this week, Ms Abuqamar confirmed she was appealing the decision and said her remarks in October, which were publicly condemned by policing minister Chris Philp, had been misrepresented.

She told Middle East Eye: “My words were taken out of context and they were framed as me supporting harm to innocent civilians, which is completely false and completely untrue.

“The UK Home Office decided to revoke my student visa following public statements supporting the Palestinian right to exercise under international law to resist oppression and break through the siege that was illegally placed on Gaza for over 16 years.”

She added: “It’s an outrageous claim that the Home Office is making by deeming me a national security threat.

“I am a 19-year-old who has done nothing but go to school and advocate for social justice and try to be an asset to my community.

“So saying I pose a threat to national security is a completely baseless claim.”

    ‘Human rights appeal’
The final year law student said she had made a “human rights appeal”, citing freedom of expression as a fundamental human right in the UK.

She has said it appears Palestinians like herself are not being afforded that right.

Ms Abuqamar added: “We must reject the double standard in the application of human rights by public authorities and rise against this oppression.”

On Oct 8 Ms Abuqamar was speaking to Sky News in Manchester when she praised the assault on Israel.

She said: “We are full of pride. We are really, really full of joy [at] what has happened.... We are proud that Palestinian resistance has come to this point.”

However, after widespread condemnations, including from Chris Philp, the policing minister, she claimed her comments had been misrepresented, and later told BBC: “The death of any innocent civilian should not be condoned ever and we don’t condone it at all.”

Ms Abuqamar told the broadcaster that 15 of her relatives had died in an Israeli strike on a residential building in Palestine.

A Home Office spokesman said: “It is a longstanding government policy that we do not comment on individual cases.”

Time for a change in leadership at Harvard. A Policy of Appeasement to terrorist supporters who are threatening people daily does not work.

Brandeis Center declares ‘Jews are fair game’ at Harvard in antisemitism lawsuit
    https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2024/may/22/brandeis-center-sues-harvard-university-over-campu/

Harvard University talks a good game when it comes to combating antisemitism, but a newly filed lawsuit contends that the Ivy League institution is all talk and no action.

The Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law hit Harvard with a federal complaint Wednesday, accusing the storied university of tolerating “cruel anti-Semitic bullying, harassment, and discrimination” both before and after the Oct. 7 Hamas massacre of Israeli civilians and others.

Through its public actions and failures to act, Harvard has made its position clear: Jews are fair game,” said the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. “Students and faculty can harass and discriminate against Jews, and they can do so openly and with impunity. Harvard will go out of its way to protect antisemitic protestors and conspiracy theorists.

The motion accused Harvard of violating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination based on race, color and national origin, including Jews based on their ancestry.

Harvard is already under investigation by the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, but Kenneth Marcus, Brandeis Center founder and chairman, said the legal filing was warranted “given the extent of the problems at Harvard.”

It’s unusual to see an institution admit as much as Harvard has admitted, and yet do as little as they have done to address it,” Mr. Marcus told The Washington Times.

The complaint represents something of an antisemitism trifecta for Harvard. Earlier this month, the House Education and Workforce Committee released the results of its investigation, which found a “pattern of inaction by Harvard leadership in combating antisemitism.”

In addition, the Harvard Jewish Alumni Alliance issued a May 2024 audit detailing “how Harvard’s education systemically planted and spread the seeds of hatred for Israel and Jews well before October 7th, 2023.”

Pro-Terrorst Supporters vandalizing monuments dedicated to U.S. veterans on Veteran's Day. DISGUSTING.

On cam: NC State Belltower livestream shows 2 people wearing black, vandalism
The words 'Gaza,' 'Rafah' and 'Free Palestine' were sprayed around the base of the tower, surrounded by red painted hand prints.
    https://www.wral.com/story/on-cam-n...ws-2-people-wearing-black-vandalism/21453738/

The Belltower at North Carolina State University has been vandalized.

The words 'Gaza,' 'Rafah' and 'Free Palestine' were sprayed around the base of the tower, surrounded by red painted hand prints.

Red paint was also dripping down the staircase. An employee from NC State sent a photo to WRAL News.

The NCSU Belltower was originally built as a monument for alumni who served in the military and died while fighting in World War I. The names of 34 alumni killed during the war are etched inside -- and a 35th name, originally included by mistake, but now a symbol of unknown soldiers from NC State and elsewhere.

NC State broadcasts a live view of the Belltower at all times, and the feed can be viewed on YouTube. At around the 8:40 mark, two people wearing black can be seen walking around the tower's base. They appear to be spraying paint on the tower.

Similar red hand prints were found on the UNC South Building ahead of graduation earlier this month, along with the message, "UNC has blood on its hands." Similar to the NC State vandalism, red paint was also splashed to drip down the stairs.

Barstool Pack, an NC State Sports Store, said it was 'disturbing' to see a memorial for WWI soldiers who died in battle vandalized this close to Memorial Day weekend.

"A disturbing vandalization of our WWI memorial Belltower on Memorial Day," said a post on Instagram from Barstool Pack.

The vandalism at NC State comes after an Israeli airstrike in Rafah that caused a fire in a densely populated tent camp that left women and children dead on Sunday. The strike has caused widespread outage, including from some of Israel's closest allies. Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the deaths a 'tragic mishap,' and Israeli officials say the fire was caused by a secondary explosion, not their original attack.

As of Tuesday, more UN counties have officially recognized a Palestinian state: Ireland, Spain and Norway. The Palestinian flag was raised in Dublin outside Leinster House, the seat of the Irish parliament.

Crews were already out cleaning the graffiti off the Belltower as of 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Sounds like expensive private schools are awash in obscene antisemitism. This will not end well for these schools after the lawyers have at it, huge amounts are paid out, and enrollment drops.
