  1. 'Idiot-Savant' is no longer the politically correct term, of course. "Asperger's" is the modern name for the phenomenon, where a person can be so unusually talented at specific numbers-based tasks like code breaking, software engineering, and perhaps... trading?

After seeing one INTP after another in the Myers-Briggs threads, I wouldn't be surprised if many of these traders are actually full blown keepers of The Gift and The Curse

Think you might be one yourself? Take this test and find out!
  2. I think that on this website, even though it has a great deal of valuable content, the "idiot-savants" are outnumbered by the "idiot-idiots".
  3. Number 9 on the AQ test reads:

    "I am fascinated by dates."

Personally, I find pineapples and kiwis intriguing.

    Does this count?

  4. why are they always called Idiots?

    stop talking bad about us.....:D

Two Bear Hunters went Upstate to hunt some bear....
they came across a (road) sign that said: Bear Left,
    --- so they went home.....
A Rancher put his Donkey in his pickup truck
--- so could it be said: "he was hauling ass?
A Pharmacist picked up his watch
--- so could it be said he had time on his hands
Two fsih are swimming and run into a wall, the first one says: Blub...Blub...., the other fish says: Dam!
  5. We badly need those - of both kinds. Who else would pay for my profits?
  6. Lucrum

35, is that good or bad?
  7. 1000

    We don't need no education ..... .....

Hey teacher leave them kids alone ..... .....
  8. Hello, my name is PTR. I am an INTP and scored 32.
  9. 22 here. i could see the direction they were going, and how to generate the savant score if one wanted to.
  10. Idiot, schmidiot....

The BEST theoretical trader would be Mr. Spock. Pure logic, no emotion.

The second best would be Gomer Pyle... he'd just do what Mr. Spock told him.
