  2. Yeah well I am already in PENN. I couldn't sell yesterday when it powerdived but this morning I can, and it is retracing yesterday's drop anyway, I think. The day chart looks good and it looks like I will get back up where I was. The trend of the last couple weeks looks strong and the price should regress to the trend. I only bought it because I figured it was a pretty safe bet to not tank on me yesterday. I was out of day trades and had just taken a $60 loss and I just wanted to get it back with a fairly safe overnight position. Penn looked good. Then two crushing announcements back to back sent it down. Seems like a lot of stocks just sit there waiting for me to buy before they head for the dirt.

It still looks good for the midterm and I am gonna put a loose stop under it and hold it until I have a couple of day trades available again. Then, back to my regularly scheduled program. My big loser position is back up to -$50 as I write this. Hopefully I will break even by lunchtime.

  3. Interesting times!

Folks we are at that point where we must concentrate our bets and keep an eye on the election.
The VIX futures have been pointing towards trouble in OCT. But With Sept fast approaching trouble could come sooner.

Now we do have that last bullet. A package of support from Congress.
But that would lack most likely any help to the states.
NYC must be allowed to borrow more or the absolute worst outcome will happen.
Pelosi has not played this part of the game well I can honestly say this is the first bit of victory from the Republicans in a long while. Now suddenly fiscally responsible again. What a joke. But someone has to be! I've been screaming about the deficit to anyone who would listen for two years.

The market knows how to press congress and that's by being very effusive in it's downside nature. The market can force a compromise between the two political sides.

Crazy day for GAN. They dropped a marvelous press release about working with PENN only to be sideswiped entirely out of the blue by Fanduel taking their gambling business in house... Well now I hate Fanduel... back to Draftkings! There is no panic here because GAN is one of the few stocks I want a large position in, they have a niche' that I like which is the ability to convert loyality points from Casinos into gambling $'s this is patented and gives them an edge in placing feet into the two worlds of mobile gambling actual sports and Casino games that you are familiar with at a live casino.. Blackjack roulette etc.

Any portfolio organization selling wise on my end today will be met undoubtedly by adding to GAN.

Folks this is the big shift the Summer rally is over and now we look at the Election.

Van this is it... This is your Short of shorts... APPLE NOW IS THE TIME!

    Developer and vanzandt like this.
  4. In Big News of the world. Apparently in Australia they have created an animal feed from seaweed. The effect of this I am guessing is no farting by the animals because what they are lauding as a game changer over there is No Methane or less methane. More on this later but there was a secrete US Gov project that did this--> they created a food substance, a green pellet from I think sea algae and if all animals died on Earth and all plants.. there is still a way for civilization, some of it, to exist eating these green pellets... Soylent Green anyone!

Interesting Upgrade: Co named Exteraan. (EXTN)- A $5 company that used to trade for $30.
    What is going on here-?

Exterran initiated with an Outperform at Northland 08:10 EXTN Northland analyst Doug Becker initiated coverage of Exterran with an Outperform rating and $12 price target. The company which takes raw natural gas and prepares it for transportation, should see a share re-rating driven by new orders in its "growing" Water Solutions business, stabilization of negative estimate revisions and completion of its strategic transformation, Becker tells investors in a research note. The analyst sees the shares doubling from current levels.

  5. There is going to come a time when we all are going to be faced with a choice: Which Vaccine to pump into our bodies. I've been leaning towards the Pfizer product just on my trust of the company. Their recent trial results are:

BioNTech, Pfizer's BNT162 COVID vaccine well tolerated w/ fever in less than 20% Pfizer (PFE) and BioNTech SE (BNTX) shared additional Phase 1 safety and immunogenicity data from their ongoing U.S. study of the BNT162 mRNA-based vaccine program against SARS-CoV-2, which has advanced into Phase 2/3 evaluation. The newly released manuscript describes key safety and immunogenicity data from the U.S. Phase 1 trial for the BNT162b2 vaccine candidate, which

    >. Now we have to read carefully)

at 30undefined recorded 7 days after the second dose elicited SARS-CoV-2-neutralizing geometric mean titers in younger adults 18-55 years of age that were 3.8 times the GMT of a panel of 38 sera of SARS-CoV2 convalescent patients, and in older adults the vaccine candidate elicited a neutralizing GMT 1.6 times the GMT of the same panel, demonstrating strong immunogenicity in younger and older adults. Further, across all populations, BNT162b2 administration was well tolerated with mild to moderate fever in fewer than 20% of the participants. As previously announced, these data informed the companies' decision to advance a 2-dose regimen of the 30microgram dose level of BNT162b2, which encodes an optimized SARS-CoV-2 full-length spike glycoprotein (S), into a Phase 2/3 evaluation

Now I'm no Dr. Although I have that nickname in some parts of NYC... I read that as not so good for older folks. Right? 3.8 x the protection for the young vs 1.6.

There is a danger growing here in my view. First off two shots not one. Not good. Secondly better for younger folks I'd like that protection to extend equally to older folks...

This is going to be one of the biggest decisions we all have to make for our families and now I'm thinking more about the Roche/ and or Sanofy product... And I'm open to the new Moderna.

Someone explain to me why I need 5G (keep in mind that as of 2020 I still have not owned a cell phone)

Verizon 5G Ultra Wideband service live at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway 09:06 VZ Verizon has partnered with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and NBC sports. Verizon 5G Ultra Wideband service will be used to transport select fans into the center of the action during the live Indy 500.

--> Wouldn't it be funny and ironic if they were transported to the middle of the track where they were run over! It starts out as a free gift and ends up in a Rollerball type live event in which you are the object to be struck. Death Race 2021!!! I love it! But do I need it?

A high-definition, 5G-enabled, 360-degree camera will be placed on the infield and these fans can then access an AR portal on their smartphone and be virtually transported to the track. These fans can also control their view -- choosing their favorite angles to be run over by or perspectives -- providing a unique, front row-style, viewing experience from the comfort and safety of their own home. That car crashing into the stands Don't worry about it!

Verizon is also working with NBC Sports to show how 5G Ultra Wideband can transform the way live sports broadcasts are captured and produced. Verizon will have a 5G-connected broadcast camera on the track near the start-finish flag stand. The video from the camera will be streamed over 5G to the broadcast compound where NBC Sports producers will incorporate select shots into the live broadcast. ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzWith Verizon's 5G Ultra Wideband's low latency and high bandwidth, broadcast quality video can be transmitted wirelessly to producers, whether onsite or offsite. Plus, 5G's wireless connectivity means that cameras are untethered allowing for unique camera angles...

--> Right off the bat I have BIG security issues with this tech. You know The James Bond or Batman scene when the Super bad Guy takes over all the television channels this wireless transmission aspect of 5G can be captured by Russia in transit...

--> It seems 5G is really about AR... and AR as we all know is a fall back from the real deal... VR. The " A " stands for augmented or faked. " V " and you are actually there flying the space ship...

Put me in the V camp and wake me up when that phone comes.... ~stoney
