Ideas For Now-

  1. I think there is more upside in a stock that went up 300% -- Wow what a move. There is a new $41 PT up from... $8. Safe to say these guys hit a home run with their drug. You could scalp this but I would just wait for the market to settle bit and if you can get this around $15-$17, ultimately it winds up in the $30's.

  2. I profiled a Canadian company a ways back (DRTT) because what they do is trick out offices with lots of private rooms and plexiglass protected spaces in an artful way. This is how the workspaces of the future are going to be. I wanted to show that idea not necessary
    that company.

After visiting NYC I came away feeling the big Internet boys are going to take over the city-- the large spaces. I saw Apple I saw Facebook I saw others... and those were the active spaces. Already Amazon is is on the hunt in other cities. These mega tech companies are going to have groovy little places to work.

I could never buy a $131 mil market cap stock... I don't think. Maybe I have in the past. Usually you want to be able to trade 1 mil shares and I don't think this company ever has. $1.00 becomes $1.60 who cares? Who' looking....

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At DIRTT Environmental Solutions
Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by Independent Director Todd Lillibridge for CA$192k worth of shares, at about CA$2.44 per share. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, even at a higher price than the current share price (being CA$2.10).

In the last twelve months DIRTT Environmental Solutions insiders were buying shares, but not selling. The average buy price was around CA$3.12.

Raymond James is the only coverage.

  3. --Trying To Come Up With A New watch List--

CENT-- Central Garden And Pet Have liked all along. 1 month $37-$42

LCA-- Golden Nugget guy... roll up

POWI-- Right back EXACTLY to $117.60<-- quite strange maybe compute generated price.

GWPH-- Seems undervalued to me. @ $113. Should be $160.

AGTC-- Little genetic stk I forget why i have been following it. Been $5 for a long time.

VICR-- These guys I had in an old thread here I have been onto this story for a long time.
Stock went higher than I would of thought. If there is a pull back in tech... That would be nice.
This is all about a big Power conversion going on in tech to 40 something from 20 something Volts-..

IBP-- Building supply stock highlighted @$83 now $87.

DRTT-- Canadian work space interior co.

Can Stock Splits save this market?

I want to explore this idea at a later time you know we have POWI on tap and Apple! Yes I believe Apple is also splitting could this set up a trend.

One stock really bothers me because is shows how far this excess has come. MELI... Back in the day 2011 I played this one alot always around high $60's to $90 ... Then $90-$140 took us all the way to 2014.

$140 became the top for the stock. In 2017 it hit $240. I never played this name again....
    and now it's $1,141.00.

Now I'm all for stock market gains but Folks this is emblematic of a problem we have here--
You could make an argument for another double to $400+ but $1,141.0....

  7. I'm starting to get a weird feeling about personal rights and cameras... after 9/11 we gave up a lot of freedoms for the greater good... Now with Covid they will press against us again but this time we have to be careful Big Brother is too big. Some of this is too much. We don't want to be like China.

  8. On the highway ride up here there are these new signs that say Speed Strictly Enforced and they all have cameras attached to them. These are new. I believe NY State might be up to something. I'll know if I get 10 speeding tickets in the mail for one trip!

It may be a fake out meant to discourage- and if so it works. But it may also be lazy Police work and greedy Counties and the lure of free money. Soon they will tell us if we are wearing our masks when we drive... like the seat belt this may be where people should start thinking about personal rights.

  9. Here in New Orleans there are traffic cams all over the place. However they are not generating any tickets. You see the little blue and red light required by law here, but nobody slows down anymore. That doesn't mean nobody is watching or that they can't replay the tape. (actually a file)

Remember Tom-Tom Go? The GPS navigation device that people would buy before everyone had maps on their phones? Its a European company. Well they're still around and guess what they are now? Among many other things... one of the largest manufactures of traffic "safety devices". The traffic Big Brother.

That said... ya gotta love these guys.... because they still sell their consumer products, and for $2.99/mo you can get live updates for where every speed/redlight/parking cam in the world is.
