Mimecast is a very interesting company. MIME. I first found them after some college students did a graduation thesis on the name... Some smarty pants kids at some Ivy league business school they pick companies to profile and this was when the name was coming to the market as an IPO and al this fun stuff was in the $35-$45 range and Covid came and Bam. $49 turned into into $27. It seemed these guys were on their way. Now back to $46 but this is a young $46 not like these co's that are back to their old highs when everything was accounted for these guys were just ascending... I think there's more room for them to fly. They made a purchase today which at first to my eyes made no sense. MIME buys Massage Control. And it is a stressful market so it made some sense the massages... but then I saw it was Message Control... Ok 2nd sighting of BEAR! The poor girl who works on our flowers she was putting in a small tree down by the garbage can and she saw him right by our house again he walks right by without a care in the world. Oh lord I have to tell everyone on the property now oh, by the way there's a large bear around... my poor son he's afraid of Daddy Long Legs! How do I even tell him? Do I tell him?/ I'm scared as sh*t to walk in my own woods.... Do I buy a can of Bear Spray and just hold onto it for NYC where it looks like I'll need it upon my return. I really wouldn't want to spray a bear I have bow and arrow... but I looked online and that doesn't seem to work to well with Bears... They're on you so quick!
Oh baby I think we may have hit a home run-- 500 Panthers in Service! Hologic price target raised to $84 from $63 at BTIG 06:41 HOLX BTIG analyst Ryan Zimmerman raised the firm's price target on Hologic to $84 from $63 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after its Q3 earnings beat and above-consensus Q4 guidance. The analyst says that he sees "meaningful upside" to that outlook as COVID-19 testing continues to ramp into the fall and Panther placements hone in on 500 for FY20. While the management is not providing FY21 guidance, Zimmerman says its tone "couldn't be more clear" that increased testing is here to stay. A theory of mine has not played out at all yet is that once these earnings came through that certain companies would be rewarded for making their earnings in a regular way. What I mean by that is, away from the transport of internet cargo and AMZN and Zoom and obvious beneficiaries of the Covid pandemic companies that in this disgorged business environment can make their number naturally well they should be rewarded. It sounded good at the time. And so a company like Leidos. Which has all these Gov contracts they have recurring guaranteed revenue paid for by expanding balance sheets... So it goes completely without notice that on the 1st of this month LDOS announces: Leidos awarded traveler processing and vetting software contract 07/01 LDOS Leidos has been awarded a new Blanket Purchase Agreement, or BPA, by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to provide software development services and related specialized equipment. This single award BPA has a total estimated value of $960M. It includes a one-year base period of performance followed by four one-year option periods. Work will primarily be performed in the Washington D.C. capital region. Holey crap. How would you like to get a ' blanket Purchase agreement ' in this environment who can? Stock went nowhere!!! We have to knock people on the head... and we do that by showing the amount of failed businesses right now, the amount of severely missed earnings... to highlight this Earnings Stability. Leidos might be the most mispriced stock in the portfolio.@-$92.

In an effort to understand these tech companies before congress I've been using the YouTube a bit more and I got to say ever since I looked up Bear Attacks I've been getting fed some awesom videos on the side bar! Most of these are self filmed end of life scenarios various vacation tricks gone bad filmed. A scuba diver all alone in the ocean films himself etc. Planes almost crashing is a big area a lot of people decide it would be good to live film those. One was crazy a sea plane the kind of which I have taken it went down so fast! It was beep beep beep crash. These are like the snuff films of the old days ... when I was a teenager I got a betamax of Ways To Die... or something close to that it was a famous snuff film of the time-- I remember a bunch of people eating a human head. Or a monkey brains... Damn thing was still alive! Imagine doing that to Jeff Bezos! I knw some vendors who would.. I think this was here was electric chair scene... Anywhoo, on Youtube I did somehow run across this new sport. And kind of fell in love with the winner.... You really can access a girls personality when they do the death dive.

Right now one of the most interesting ideas might be IIPR the real estate for POT storing warehouse REIT. These guys come to market a lot but it doesn't seem to matter. They have a 4.2% yield and I started tracking at $87 and it's freakin' $105 now. 5 days on this $92-$105! Got an upgrade on Tues to goose it... I've been watching these guys long enough over the years for them to have stubbed their foot if they were going to... This really is a back door pot play and maybe a trade up from Grow Generation.... Since the 2016 IPO up 60%...
