Van I'm in a bad way. Hunched over in pain. Yesterday in 110 degree heat I dug my leech filed up. I got some really bad news yesterday. They are talking vast sums of money that I have just created. Money that I have made here at Elite Trader for you all they now want to take. So I went out and dug dug dug. Thee trenches. Then I had two pickup trucks sand, stone, earth. Why me.... Will this work? I don't know if my hip or my back hurts worse. Yesterday was one of the hottest days ever.

Digital Turbine Inc- APPS- I run across this name quite a bit-- what do they do- some form of digital advertising on the net-- which I thought was slowing down a bit. (NASDAQ: APPS-taking another run at their July 16, 12-year high of $13.96. On top of an impressive 154.4% year-over-year gain))))) Let's Ask Rocky! According to a study from Schaeffer's Senior Quantitative Analyst Rocky White, this record high comes amid historically low implied volatility (IV). White's data shows that there have been two other times in the past five years when the stock was trading within 2% of its 52-week high, while its Schaeffer's Volatility Index (SVI) sat in the 20th percentile of its annual range or lower -- as is the case with APPS' current SVI of 91%, which sits in the 18th percentile of its 12-month range. The equity saw positive one-month returns on one of these signals, averaging a return of 17.3%. From its current perch, a move of similar magnitude would put the stock at $16.38, eclipsing its recent peak APPS July 13 Symbol LAST_PRICE Change % Change APPS Digital Turbine, Inc. $13.28 +0.51 +3.95% -Digital Turbine, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides media and mobile communication products and solutions for mobile operators, application advertisers, device original equipment manufacturers, and other third parties worldwide. I have to figure out what to do about our robot arm stock today TER. Hold thru earnigs or not Reasons To Hld) + They usually beat earnings and by quite a bit. Last two reporting periods they beat. + Business seems good unabated by world events. + Part of the Ideas For Now Portfolio which we are supposed to be holding for a year! + Exceptionally well run and well-positioned in both semi test and in industrial automation. Reasons to Sell)- - I have to double check but we are up over $10 a share. -The shares are trading at 25 times next year's consensus estimates, while they have historically traded in the mid to low teens. To hope for further expansion from here if they just make their number... - Some risk with China// China and Huawei. - Some recent downgrades & 1 upgrade- 07/14/20 Craig-Hallum Teradyne downgraded to Hold on valuation at Craig-Hallum 07/13/20 Deutsche Bank Teradyne price target raised to $92 from $85 at Deutsche Bank 07/10/20 Northland Teradyne downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Northland Had a Goldman virtual conference with no move out of it by Goldman one way or another same thing happened at I think Cowen... Kind of makes me nervous......
One idea I am toying with is selling TER today and buying VMC. Rotating from tech to infrastructure spending....

Good morning Stoney. You used a shovel!? lol. Well that reminded me of a stock, I'll get to that in a second. An open market buy is where an insider just buys the stock just like you or I would. Say VMC is at $125 and one of the directors buys 10,000 shares at the ask. That's an open market buy. Here's an example, Stevie Wynn in 2016: _________________________________ January 22, 2016 - 5:57 pm Wynn Resorts Chairman Steve Wynn spent more than $31.8 million this week to acquire additional shares of his casino company’s stock, according to a securities filing Friday. The transactions, which took place Wednesday through Friday, marks the second time in two months that Wynn has bought up company shares on the open market. Wynn’s stock price has drastically declined in value over the past year. _____________________________________ It basically telegraphs that the people who know, know the stock is undervalued. Sometimes. In Wynn's case, it went straight to $200 and didn't look back. For awhile that is. He bought around $62 if I recall. Anyway, in keeping with our infrastructure spending thesis, your shovel story reminded of one I have played on and off over the years but haven't looked at lately. $URI United Rentals. They rent everything and always do well when the economy is on the move. Any infrastructure bill will move the stock. I just looked, its almost $160. I think the last time I traded it it was around $116. Go figure huh. Remember when I was telling you about fragmented sectors where a big player scoops up all the mom and pops like Grow Gen is doing? $URI did that with equipment rental to a great degree over the years. It was a fragmented business with lots of local players that were already established. They'd go in and buy em out. That sand and gravel you got, it probably came out of one of Vulcan's quarries. Or Martin Marietta's. Good to see you're doing your part. Instead of a shovel next time though, just go rent a mini-hoe from URI for $500. Do it on Friday night and you get the one day rate for the whole weekend. While it may seem intimidating to run, its really not. Let your son do it lol, its like a video game. He'll have it wired in about 30 minutes and you'll have nice neat trenches with no back-ache.
