All good points about being the underwriter etc. Good knowledge. $15 is a healthy price target, they could of said $10. At least we have that. If I was running this company we would already be at $15. I would of had sites pre- picked out, retail bankruptcy's etc, these small malls that need a lead tenant now and EXPAND MY FOOTPRINT. Couple of questions for you. A guy who knows how to look at these old fashioned septics is going to have to come by-- how can I emerge from this without stressing out. I have this problem of doing too much laundry. It makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something. I've got to mellow out on the laundry, I've got to add a pebble lined something... the phone broke up when the first septic guy was talking... a new liner... 2nd question who is Leonard Green? And follow up- Who is Gordon Haskett? And last question what is Wesco?) ) ) Leonard Green position in Wesco 'particularly interesting,' says Gordon Haskett 10:00 WCC Gordon Haskett's Don Bilson, Woa! Wait hold up. Last question Who is Don Bilson! This is the greatest misdirect lead of all time! I feel like I'm several layers into afake company... Ok lets start over. Leonard Green's position in Wesco is very interesting says Don Bilson who happens to work at Gordon Haskett.... ->Leonard Green Partners earlier this week filed a 13-G that confirmed it has purchased an 11% stake in Wesco, which prompted the company to announce a "poison pill." He sees Leonard Green's stake as "particularly interesting" given the fact that PE funds "love" the distribution space and the firm had spent $3B in 2018 to buy a distributor of building supplies, Bilson told investors earlier. He also noted that four parties signed confidentiality agreements during the go-shop after CD&R had agreed to buy Anixter (AXE) before Wesco did, stating "it's possible that LGP was one of these four and it decided to take another bite at this apple when it saw WCC trading this spring for $30." NOW-$43!!!!<----- I mean he picked the exact LOW or caused it!!!! Still is there room to run? NYSE:WCC) projecting its future cash flows and then discounting them to today's value. We will use the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model on this occasion.... The total value, or equity value, is then the sum of the present value of the future cash flows, which in this case is US$4.1b. In the final step we divide the equity value by the number of shares outstanding. Relative to the current share price of US$41.9, the company appears quite good value at a 49% discount to where the stock price trades currently.
I find this interesting. Applied genetics comes up sometimes in my searches. One thing i like is this is not a Covid story it's an eye story. H.C. Wainwright says Applied Genetic still in 'pole position' in XLRP 12:16 AGTC, MGTX H.C. Wainwright analyst Joseph Pantginis reiterates his Buy rating on shares of Applied Genetic Technologies (AGTC) after competitor MeiraGTX (MGTX) announced interim safety and efficacy data from the ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trial of AAV-RPGR for the treatment of X-linked retinitis pigmentosa, or XLRP. Although he calls the six-month data reported by MeiraGTX "overall positive," Pantginis believes they fall behind those announced by Applied "on multiple levels," he tells investors. The analyst, who continues to view AGTC-501's profile as "highly competitive," keeps an $18 price target on the shares. >>AGTC->

A couple reasons to buy Applied genetic, 1) recently joined index's (I believe Reusell have to double check) This is the third company I have heard Sanofi is interested in! one thing is for sure Sanofi is buying someone. Applied Genetic may attract Sanofi takeover interest, says Roth Capital 07/01 AGTC, SNY Applied Genetic Technologies (AGTC) recently announced significant advancements to its proprietary AAV gene therapy manufacturing platform, which "exceeds the performance and economics of many others," Roth Capital analyst Zegbeh Jallah tells investors in a research note. Further, Investigational New Drug enabling studies for more indications beyond rare genetic retinal diseases are expected to begin during the second half of 2020 and could put Applied Genetic "into the running for M&A interest" from Sanofi (SNY), adds the analyst. Jallah believes the company's manufacturing advancements position it to potentially attract takeover or partnering interest from large pharma. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on Applied Genetic Technologies with a $25 price target. The stock is up 6% to $5.88 in afternoon trading following the analyst note. $25 target and the stock is five....
Yup Russell 2000 & 3000. + we have this as well) Applied Genetic (AGTC) initiated with an Overweight at Cantor Fitzgerald Add all of this up and AGTC is interesting as heck but only $84 mil cash....////
Ok some good ideas already... We'll wait for our eyes on the ground to respond on Eldorado/ Ceasers... but I already bought it and it's in the Ideas For Now Portfolio. This company Fluke is owned by Fortive. FTV is an Idea For Now stock that is in the portfolio and it's starting to finally move-> it's back TO WHERE I FREAKIN' BOUGHT IT!!! So you all have missed nothing but mental pain... The original idea I think is a good one... GET VALUE FROM FLUKE. Good diversity! The problem is some of these industrial level temp checks can be way off! I have heard Dr's expressing some doubt about these temp guns everyone is pointing at us... But temp control is also used in HVAC world... So two worlds collide here-- two Ideas For Now-- Air flow and temp checks....
Good point, they can certainly negotiate favorable long term leases at this point I would think. Lets bookmark this page and keep an eye on the Form 4's and 13-G's. https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=1604868 On the septic tank, yeah it sounds like you may have a stopped up leech field. If that's the case it won't be cheap. They'll have to bring out a mini-trackhoe and a bobcat, plus a load of of gravel and perforated pipe. What happened with the dye?
Oh no that can't happen Van my wife has planted all these flowers above the tank. Tons of $'s in those flowers we can't disturb them. Why can't he just go down the hole himself and walk the bag out to the corners? A little man. Please! Honestly I'm freaking out over all of this-- what happened to the dye .... it came out on the hill I'm worried about!!! I'm fine with the gravel and pipe but track-hoe sounds like back hoe..... Ayyyyyy. Folks I want to lay out an investment here the last one we added to the Ideas For Now Portfolio was Hologic. Do you even remember? I absolutely owe you all a list of ideas in the account and the ideas I have been monitoring but not in yet... I need to somehow get these 48 pasges into one list... I myself am getting dizzy. But this is the effort it takes if you want to invest from home. Hologic I have known for a long time. Back in the breast cancer days... (my Mom had it years ago) this was the imaging stock to own and their sales of all sorts of machines are down because of the Hospitals toning down or turning off their non emergency surgeries, as they come back on the earnings at these med supply co's goes back up.. it's a trend we can use in analyzing a bunch of other companies too. But part of hat HOLX does is testing and it always has been. And they have a machine they call The Panther! This is a very good machine. Good boy! Panther is very very fast. Now this test uses bleach. This has been a small problem as in transit to HOLX from various hospitals and medical centers a lot of folks use reagents that interact with bleach in a bad way. In fact the joke is a toxic gas cyanide like can form and that's not good news for ambulance drivers. But this Panther test is not only is fast, it can do many many tests at once... So the Goal here is--> How do we get this Amazing Test With a 2 Hr turnaround to the masses without blowing everybody up...It can't be that hard. Watch this vid of the CEO as he shows how he clamps the sample in the tube and the tube already had gunk in it and off it goes to HOLX... I think they have figured it out! And come next earnings period we are all going to find out That Hologic is a $77 stock. Look behind the CEO at the screen the stk was $50 in April... $60 in July.... HOLX should announce upwards of 1 million tests per week.
