  2. I went through a long period of large distaste for the fools. Recently I've started to like their work again they had a nice memo about today's problems and I thought they handled it with class.

    Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (IIPR)
NYSE - Nasdaq Real Time Price. Currency in USD
    91.58+3.56 (+4.05%) Boy that was a magically easy-$3....

Storm Clouds On Horizon.... I think so. Mario Cuomo just said so.

Van yest I dabbled with a $6.60 limit order on GRWG -- I pulled it. But now that I look at today wouldn't you say that level is a support?

  3. Vulcan Weakness - $115-- We were looking at this idea I think around $120... There was this big move when talk of infrastructure spending came around and then nada. No spending.

We should watch for a ' Highway Spending Bill ' if that could get back on the docket

Vulcan Materials, Martin Marietta price targets raised at Loop Capital 06/22
    MLM,VMC
Loop Capital analyst Garik Shmois raised his price targets on Hold-rated Vulcan Materials (VMC) to $129 from $114 and on Martin Marietta (MLM) to $240 from $200 as part of a broader sector research note. The analyst states that the companies' end market demand has held in better than he initially forecasted and their pricing is stable. Shmois adds that pricing is unlikely to pace at the "sequential weakness" that he had forecasted for the back-half of the year, with additional upside potentially coming from the long-term highway demand outlook given the optimism out of Congress regarding a highway spending bill resolution.

Lol. All you need is the Robinhood bubba's to get the word now Stoney. Send Cramer an email, he likes ground floor plays. 75 stores and 20% growth through acquisitions coupled with consistent double digit same store sales growth for stores that have been open over a year... its a gem.

I'm gonna wait for a big red day on the indexes though. It'll pull back to the $5's easy. Patience. At least for the long haul stuff. Its definitely going in the ira though.

Oh, and I haven't looked at it yet, but that salmon thing... that sounds interesting. You do find some off the radar plays, I'll give you that. I'll check it out later. I never knew they ate their own poop. How do you farm raise salmon anyway? I thought they needed a river. What do they do, install one of those things that you can swim in and not move? Trick f the fish into thinking they are swimming upstream? Anyway, I'll look at it. Gotta love the ceo buying 5 MM shares. Too bad you didn't catch that earlier.

  9. --My best guess is that this August will truly suck--

27 was always the store count. 75 must have been my musing on where the $'s could go from the secondary. It is alas too late to wait! I am so scared to check in on it today... I am a Grow Generation investor!-- What I would do today if I was CEO is have an interview and say I plan to open 27 new stores over the next 2 years. Doubling my EPS.

Salmon is big business. Salmon farms are basically pens in normal waters usually but can also be large vats of contained water. In the outside pens they can swim a bit but they are so close together they don't really exercise and they are surrounded by the other fish's poop. Much worse in the large vats.

Genetically altered food is always tricky but we must accept it in certain cases like the banana. Most people don't know this but the classic banana that we like to eat is in great peril. Likewise if you live in a drought ravaged area, you need the rice that is modified to grow under those conditions. Wine may be moving in this direction as well. When these super dams get constructed for hydro energy these Salmon pay the price. When the big Brown and Black Bears get hungry, these Salmon pay the price. It's a tough life that being a Salmon and this small company has actually had a very nice breakthrough here and they have distribition deals and I really think this Science/Salmon will make it's way into stores soon. Jesus you'll eat Impossible meat and not this?

I think today is the last of the good economic news. And now we have this period where we stand still awaiting good news from the vaccines... and explode upwards on good news. Then a steady drift down and then a Blow Up and further good news and then a steady drift down. I told you all to watch the money, the money sent to people. This will be key. Under cover of night the House & Senate actually slightly extended the PPE program to businesses. It went unnoticed but it now makes it to the first week of august. Combine that with the unemployment-- which will be thrust back on the States and ruin them unless money is directly given to the states. This is all a game of Wack -A- Mole...

My best guess is that this August will truly suck. Any of our Ideas if they do not rip upwards over the next few days, they will be sold before August despite being Ideas For Now. Because sometimes you can be too early for Ideas For Now. ~stoney

Lake Street says first conventional harvest significant milestone for AquaBounty 09:26 AQB Lake Street analyst Mark Argento noted that AquaBounty announced the commencement of commercial-scale harvesting of conventional salmon at its farm in Indiana, calling this milestone "significant and an essential step" towards validating scale and sustainable production at the company's land-based salmon farm. I am a bit hooked on air conditioning. There was a big shutdown of Malls in NY over this situation. a bunch of companies were listed... Johnson Controls was one of them. Johnson is the type of slightly industrial slightly cyclical stock I favor now. That doesn't mean it's going to move! I just favor that type...

MILWAUKEE, June 30, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --As cities, states and countries begin to reopen, people that live and work in buildings will need assurance building owners and operators are taking every precaution to ensure health and safety, starting with the air they breathe. Though guidance around the transmission of COVID-19 continues to evolve, experts agree that indoor air quality should be a top priority. Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), a global leader in creating safe and secure building environments, is committed to helping create spaces that put people at ease." Though guidance around the transmission of COVID-19 continues to evolve, experts agree that indoor air quality should be a top priority. Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), a global leader in creating safe and secure building environments, is committed to helping create spaces that put people at ease.

A healthy and safe environment starts with a holistic approach that encompasses a building's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) infrastructure. To do this, Johnson Controls can help building owners and operators identify strategies to increase outdoor air circulation, filtration options to provide better air quality, optimal temperature settings to slow the flow of airborne pathogens and the use of ultraviolet C (UV-C) lighting solutions to kill viral organisms.

"Keeping people safe and secure in buildings has always been at the heart of our mission for 135 years, and as we look at a fundamental transformation how buildings operate, even the simplest of upgrades to full building retrofits will be important to reduce the transmission of disease," said Mike Ellis, executive vice president and chief digital & customer officer, Johnson Controls. "The new normal means being prepared for the unexpected."

Although the current economic environment has changed dramatically, as the economy rebounds, owners and operators are expected to make further investments on behalf of the people who live and work in their buildings.

Johnson Controls has a range of products and solutions to create healthier air in buildings:

    • York Air Handling Units: To reduce airborne pathogens within a building, mixed-air HVAC systems should focus on increasing outdoor air ventilation. York air handling units allow customers to maximize outside air to displace contaminated air and increase ventilation and air change rates.
    • Koch® Filters: Effective air filters are intrinsic to a successful infection control plan. Koch's clean air solutions include high efficiency air filters, HEPA filters, and portable HEPA solutions for increased building flexibility.
    • Critical Environment Controls: Room pressurization, air change rates, humidity, and temperature are vital components in reducing airborne contaminants and preventing cross contamination within healthcare and laboratory facilities. The Johnson Controls line of Critical Environment Controls includes the broadest suite of products in the industry.
    • UV-C Lighting: Disinfectant lighting solutions are necessary to reduce pathogens both on surfaces and in the air. Johnson Controls offers a comprehensive suite of disinfecting lighting products, including retrofit options to keep facility disruptions and installation costs to a minimum.
By integrating HVAC, lighting and security systems into a single digital platform like Johnson Controls Metasys® building automation system, building owners and operators can easily troubleshoot issues and implement system changes.

JCI-> Recent price targets around $40. // Stock trades for $33.88/

My instinct is to buy JCI today...
