I wouldn't buy it just yet. That offer in the pre-market is too low if it were gonna run today. I'll know when its right.
Some more reasons I like this... unlike the grow operations like Canopy etc, which I have been quite vocal here about how the demand for recreational/medical cannabis will ultimately plateau, as evidenced later (right again) in Canopy's recent report regarding demand in Canada... GrowGeneration will serve an ever present demand in cities across America. I love fragmented niches that are ripe for consolidation. There's not many left. This one is there right now, and it is an up and comer. Great name for the company too. GrowGeneration. The Millennial's and Gen Z's that want to smoke will all have a little operation at home since its no longer taboo. Its a craft, a hobby in a way. Like beer. And its the kind of thing where you enjoy going to a store and chatting it up with informed sales people that are all knowledgeable in the latest and greatest trends. While anything can be Amazoned, these stores look to me to be very well designed and geared towards that experiential... experience. Brilliant. The other thing... what a great back door weed play around Federal banking regulations. Remember, its still illegal for now and as a whole, the big banks (local and regionals too) won't touch anything that has anything to do with pot. As long as SG&A stays down, and the insider sales are done for now... it should deliver a nice return long term. But it will take time. Everyone wants to make 100% overnight; it doesn't work that way. Slow and steady wins the race for wealth creation via the markets.

The analyst expects the Kentucky Derby's COVID-19 impact to likely be confined to general admission ticketing, which he estimates is less than 5% of overall Derby EBITDA. Further, with TwinSpires, the analyst has a "renewed appreciation given the resiliency and attractiveness of the business model during the current period of uncertainty." Politzer sees an attractive risk/reward at current Churchill Downs share levels.

these guys had some news yesterday about their bioengineered Salmon... I like fresh salmon of course and do not eat the Framed salmon because they consume so much of their own waste while paddling around their farms. But to take a things a step further... are these even fish? It's a DNA made Salmon? I have to think if you are cloning and creating life here... that you have probably fixed the poop eating problem... As much as I dislike a lot of this it's good for Fish and it's good for the future to have this tech... less something go terribly wrong in the environment we could stil grow salmon. So I have to admit potentially this is big news. I could see Sixty Minutes doing a segment on this. AQB is the symbol.

The offering was for 9 million shares at $1.50 each. A few days later, board member Randal Kirk purchased over 5 million shares at $1.50. This is how America works folks, it's sickening in a way in 2017 Investors traded this stock for $10+ they lose their everything go down to $1+ and this guy who doesn't need anymore money can buy that much that cheap... already up 3X-- It's maddening The system is against us.
