  1. Things are downright interesting at VWAGY. Talk about a good symbol!

We have a CEO aiming to shake things up at a very stodgy place... You have downgrades a ways back as it looked like new CEO was having a hard time getting the board members he wanted to get change done. Then we have upgrades when he succeeds in getting the people he wants... Then we have this Brexit which appears just about signed off on.. and one last remaining obstacle- When this is cleared up VWAGY is a BUY.

WASHINGTON, Dec 21 (Reuters) - The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) said on Monday it is opening in investigation into whether Volkswagen AG infringed on patents held by Jaguar Land Rover.

In November, Jaguar Land Rover filed a complaint with the ITC seeking to prevent the import of some VW Porsche, Lamborghini and Audi models with "certain vehicle control systems" that allegedly infringe on its patents. A Volkswagen spokesman did not immediately respond to a request to comment.

The models include the Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne and Audi’s Q8, Q7, Q5, A6 Allroad, and e-tron vehicles and VW Tiguan. The ITC said it has made no decision on the merits.

  2. Xpeng commences delivery of 100 G3 smart electric SUVs in Norway 05:48 XPEV Xpeng has started delivery of smart EVs to customers in Norway. IN total, 100 Xpeng G3 smart electric SUVs are being handed over to their new owners this week across 28 cities and towns in Norway. The company said, "While the domestic Chinese market remains its primary customer base, Xpeng is now well positioned to develop its international strategy with the launch of its first production model, the G3 electric SUV, in Norway. Xpeng is actively exploring opportunities in other EV-mature markets with supportive government policies, advanced EV infrastructure and high EV awareness as the top priority markets. Xpeng is also planning to launch its second production model, the P7 electric sports sedan, in Europe within the next 12 months."

  5. Xpeng Stock

Shares rose 1.3% to 46.97 on the stock market today. Xpeng stock rocketed to an all-time high of 74.49 intraday on Nov. 24, but dropped nearly 42% intraday on Dec. 10, according to MarketSmith chart analysis. It is still trading above its 50-day line.

Xpeng stock saw its relative strength line take a sharp downturn late last month. Meanwhile, its RS Rating stands at 91 out of possible 99.

Rival EV automaker Nio (NIO) was up 4.8% and Li Auto (LI) rose 3.4%. Meanwhile, Warren Buffett-backed BYD Co. (BYDDF) rallied 9.3% but Kandi Technologies (KNDI) lost 2.8%.

Xpeng is racing to manufacture new models and increase sales to build a foothold in Europe and elsewhere. But China is still the largest market for all EV makers.

"China remains a greenfield EV market opportunity as we believe overall EV sales can potentially double in the region over the next few years given the pent-up demand for EV vehicles across all price points," said Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives in a recent note. "We believe China could see eye popping demand into 2021 and 2022 across the board with Tesla's flagship Giga 3 footprint a major competitive advantage, as domestic players such as BYD, Nio, Xpeng, and Li also are also firing on all cylinders."

Tesla (TSLA) dominates the luxury segment in China. In November, it delivered more than 21,000 Model 3 cars built at its Gigafactory 3 in Shanghai. By comparison, Nio's November sales more than doubled to 5,291 cars from last year, Li Auto reported a 26% sales jump to more than 4,500 units, while Xpeng's sales more than quadrupled to 4,224 units.

  6. Well I'm no expert but I like this XPEV. And VWAGY.

SQM stands to benefit but it is one of the worst ranked stocks in terms of damage to the earth...so a lot of these young people funds won't buy it, it's lumped in with the oil stocks...

It's not the same without you in the house stoney, that's why I didn't post here yesterday.
Glad you made it to CT, how's the weather?

SQM lol. I lost money on that stock a few years back when it ran to like $57 I think it was.
Then I bought back in with options around $42 and I lost more. Pos.

8X8... that sounds like it should be one of your plastic decking stocks. Had to use 8X8's once on a deck we built on the back of the house. It was a big hill. Heavy sob's. I'm sure that deck is still standing.

Yulia is homesick, Nasstassia told her to just get the f over it.
