God rainy morning stonedinvestors. A whirl around the stock world reveals little to act on today. People are still coming to terms with the pricing of GILD's product and there is mild defense of the name but it is disappointing I think. I have not checked the stock reaction yet. IIPR is a REIT Innovative Industrial I like the idea of industrial spaces big spaces and these guys specialize in leasing to weed growers so I think it's a unique back door to the horrid POT stock investing. I've always kind of watched these guys so it was with some amusement that I saw they are dropping a secondary today at $83.85. It's upsized as well and it was a total surprise to long time holders for the stock traded at $90 yesterday-! Will this bob right back up after the secondary is this a discount for us all? Or will it piss off investors? Watch IIPR. What is Grow Generation... I know I belong to it! But what is it? GRWG. Located in Colorado... "Where the pro's go to grow"... Not sure about that catchphrase, boy these guys are a bunch of hillbilly good ole' boys, they don't even attempt an act of inclusion or equal hiring -- The guy in this vid is just creepy... and there are others on youtube this is an entirely white company it looks like.
Hey I found this guy on Youtube he's doing technical work on IIPR... and he only has four views one of them is me... I think he's great. I mean he's easy on the ears and is not making me laugh at him.. this is a good start for a chat reader--
Van I think we need Flor & Decor closer to $54. I'm holding off adding until a slight pull in. Double bottom at $51
Great find Stoney. As always, I had to do some DD. Guess who's kid is CEO? Nowhere can you find that info. Even under dad's wiki page. Finding out his kids names is impossible. I looked at all types of bios and articles. No mention of their names. Until you look at Darren's resume and where he worked previously. A little law firm in NYC that was started by... wait for it... dad's dad. Deep pockets, deep connections, hell they even brought Bob Nardelli of $HD fame on board to advise them. These cats know what they are doing. Its a paper tiger, overpriced... but buy this bitch Stoney. I may even throw some in the IRA. Possibly your best find yet.*** ***(But I did the Lt. Columbo DD for the VZ "amen", As soon as I saw that last name... I had to dig.) Jackpot! Buy buy buy!!!!!!!!!!!! Best weed play out there.
$6.84 Up 13% on HEAVY volume. This thing only joined the NAZ in Nov of 2019. Was it a stinky pinky before that? I'll have to look. Darren sold quite a few shares earlier this year, but thats to be expected, he still owns a million plus. The only red flag we need to watch for is if any of the BOD's or Darren file any more form 4 sells. That would merit some scrutiny on my part. More to follow. I'm gonna wait for a pullback, it might not come though. This thing is heading north.
