Maybe Ericson bought the Trust next door to Stoney-CT and is planning on erecting one of these beauties where the grotto once proudly stood.

  3. VAN-- I'm pissed I let this one get through the cracks. Damn. $19.50 then they do a secondary at $20 and it was off to the races $28 now! How did we miss this!

Well, we've been in and out of $WORK as you well know. Tbh stoney, I dunno. I don't understand all the intricacies of the company and what all they provide, but I do know Microsoft is gunning hard for whatever niche they've found. And I don't think they'll be acquired by MSFT... but maybe someone else.
In the absence of any news, I don't think its going above $29ish until we get closer to their earnings. 12/9 on that.

Yeah the water company was another great find on your part. How'd we miss it? Dilution of the thread with too many ideas I guess. You've got Nastassia down here skipping workouts to keep up with the pace of GBA HQ.

  5. I know I feel trapped in this thread! So many great ideas it will be hard to ever replicate. Thus it goes on. Maybe when Biden officially steps in in Jan the new year we can morph this into more of a 2021 Ideas thread a bit more forward looking.

The very worst stock is Dropbox. That you know! But WORK is right up there. I have done a lot of research and I come away interested. I just read a really good article on the name I have to re find it-- This company is so far behind the S&P and they actually have some decent earnings.

When you split the internet users up into two groups the cool new funky types and the wonky types. The wonky ones are using Microsoft's. TEAm and all the creative cool types are using SLACK I want to be on the Slack side of that. The real problem here may be Discord something my son uses for his gaming. Discord is rapidly growing and starting to do Slackl ike things. What if Slack bought Discord it would be pricey for sure. The combined entitywould go through the roof. If I was a CEO: I would like to have the reigns of Slack they have done some stuff very smart and some not so smart. They direct listed IP0 which has not gone well. And they have this weird symbol which I think really makes a difference.

Given a lead time of a year-- That New Thread-- This would be the type of stock I would have in there. I believe but when?

At the end of the article I will post here I left a humorous comment about the symbol.. I'd love to do a long term study of stocks and their symbols, when hey are confusing it hurts the share price. And when they are good AQUA<--- It helps. Why is WORK Slack why not SLCK! I really think such a small difference can mean millions in market cap.~si

  6. Enzo Biochem sees Q1 revenue up 'at least 40%' from Q4, two board members resign 08:12 ENZ The company states: "Enzo Biochem announced that the company estimates revenue to meet or exceed $27M, representing sequential growth of at least 40%, for the quarter ended October 31, 2020. Enzo Biochem also announced today that Fabian Blank and Peter Clemens have resigned from the company board of directors, effective immediately. Both board members were originally nominated by Harbert Discovery Fund, LP, an investor in Enzo. The Nominating Committee for Enzo has already identified experienced Board candidates to fill the vacant seats and expects to announce their appointment in the near future."

Sounds like they bounced some agitators now that the stk is $2....

Melco Resorts & Entertainment price target raised to $25 from $23 at JPMorgan 08:11 MLCO JPMorgan analyst Joseph Greff raised the firm's price target on Melco Resorts & Entertainment to $25 from $23 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The Macau market is moving slowly into recovery mode, says the analyst, who continues to see "less bad" market-wide gross gaming revenue trends. "Undemanding" 2022 gaming estimates likely have more upside than downside at this point, Greff tells investors in a research note. The analyst thinks Macau stocks can follow the examples of lodging stocks' moves this past summer.
