  1. I was hoping you wouldn't notice when I offloaded some of the blame on you....

By the way -- sorry I didn't get back in touch faster there was a slight slowdown..

Slack experiences slowdown frustrating remote employees, NYT reports 10:51 WORK Slack experienced slowdowns in service around 8 a.m. Eastern, exasperating employees who have become more and more dependent on the platform as they work remotely, the New York Times' Maria Cramer reports, citing a company statement. The company said it was investigating the problem and at roughly 9:48 a.m., it said the majority of issues had been fixed. "The performance issues we've been seeing should be mostly resolved, and there should no longer be any issues with messaging," the company said. "However, users may still see some errors as we work to fully fix the issue. We'll let you know when we're confident this is fully resolved."

  4. Well Van the Land Trust sent me a very nasty letter saying it was my fault and if I had taken out a permit it wouldn't of got built on their land. Trouble is you don't need a permit for a non structural bunch of boulders thrown together. Whatever I am sick of their long legalistic letters which I reply in ten seconds to...

Anyway I said the following . I said the large urn sits between two Dogwood trees planted for my dead grandmother and mother ten years ago and the tree you wrapped a ribbon around is for my father-- you have trespassed on sacred ground!

It's not so much the Grotto-- I screwed that up I guess although there were no signs...it's the attitude which is contrary to the intention I believe of the original gift of land from the prior owner. It is her little statues they are teling me to move so obviously she thought she could use the land.

I'm not going to win on the Grotto I do not think. Or the fence line.

I then officially requested the " legacy " paragraphs in the agreement between them and the former owner of this house. I am also going to call the former owner's husband who happens to be a lawyer here in town

    To Be Continued.

Got any Native American in your family?

... anyway... that back sprain's a bitch. And it happened on their property?!
I hope they have an umbrella policy.

I was sued... and lost.... (not really as it was settled) by a guy who cut his forehead trespassing on land I owned by a downed tree.

    You live in CT....
    ....need I say friggin more?!

I hope your back is ok.
Even though they sent you those threatening emails, you never should have attempted to move those large stones by yourself. I can understand how one would be intimidated by a local law firm however. I bet a jury would feel the same way.

Back injuries last a lifetime. They suck.

........"And he even made a good faith offer to buy the land".

  6. I know I have set this up perfectly in the sense that I keep trying to comply I even moved the fence although it was apparently slightly off and they keep moving the goalposts and adding little nit picky things that are arcing my anger in a big way and causing some reaction in my body as I have a disease. I do. It's called CMT and no one has ever heard of it. But it has to do with high foot arches. Yes this is going the exact direction you are suggesting.

They are not going to like my last response because someone is going to put 2 & 2 together and realize who I am calling. Now I have to put my big boy pants on because the phone call is to a real powerful lawyer guy ... I have heard anyway that he's very good lawyer & I don't want him to think I'm coming at him from a place of look what you did to me by having this Land Trust situation.. Quite the contrary, this man purchased extra land to ensure that their was room to build a pool here so I owe him greatly. And furthermore the Land Trust in their rebuff to me lied, they that could not sell me a sliver of land because of their duty to keep it wild... yet they actually did sell a plot of land to this very man--

One funny thing is there was an auto correct moment I think I wanted to say a word similar to trespassing your tromping or treading I think it was treading on sacred ground and it came out trespassing. That is going to freak them out! And when they make a big deal about it being their land I'm going to say since we look at it every day and since we use it every day we are up here we don't consider it their land. And now we get into constant use and a lawyer which I hope I can unravel that thought backwards and approach the Grotto again.- phew!

  7. By the way in this back and forth I have refused to use the name of the Land Trust instead replying directly at the jerk who's been writing me as their head. He signs his name with a PHD... need I say more? So it's You trespassed you put a ribbon on my dead mom's tree etc.

And I have addressed him by his first name only... And in the first flurry of emails it was all very official we were Mr and Mrs stonedinvestor... now the emails come in with a very curt use of just our first names. Like it's a lecture. I can tell already I've got this PHD where I want him.

  8. DEBATE RESULTS ARE IN--! BIDEN WINS! BIDEN WINS!---

Wow what a flop by Trump. Unprepared, out of shape did not put any vision of the future out, did not console any of the families of the dead from Covid, promised at one point if you were listening a vaccine in " two weeks " because he's been talking to J&J... How can you be so stupid.

I happen to be a VERY good debater, I won't get into it but this BA in English will take your shi&t down in a debate. I'm very good at coming at an idea from different angles just like with the stocks... my ear picked up what really ticks Trump off-- CALL HIM STUPID... I thought it was about the lying but it's really his child like intelligence that's what he is most guarded about there was a moment in the debate where he lost it and said Don't you ever call me smart.. Don't say smart at me-- you were last in your class...

Whereas I had created last night my own drinking game around he use of the word lier by Biden (six drinks) The new game will be about the Word STUPID.

  10. Here is the BCRX news that was quick! Biocryst is still in the Ideas For Now Portfolio.

BioCryst announces new data from treatment-naive PNH patients receiving BCX9930 07:05 BCRX BioCryst Pharmaceuticals announced new data from treatment-naive paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria patients receiving doses through 400 mg bid of its oral Factor D inhibitor, BCX9930, as monotherapy in an ongoing dose-ranging trial. Oral BCX9930 is driving rapid and dose-dependent reductions in key biomarkers, including LDH, and increasing hemoglobin levels in all PNH patients--

in the trial. Increases in hemoglobin levels were maintained without transfusions. BCX9930 has been safe and well tolerated at all doses in the trial. No drug-related serious adverse events have been reported. The FDA has granted both Fast Track status and Orphan Drug Designation to BCX9930 for PNH. BioCryst has confirmed meetings with regulators in the 4th quarter of 2020 to discuss the advanced development program for BCX9930. All seven PNH patients in the trial were severely ill, with pre-treatment LDH from 3.8 to 11 ULN, indicating active hemolysis. Four patients had a history of compromised bone marrow function, and two had thrombotic, lung or kidney complications from PNH. New data from the four treatment-naive PNH patients who have received more than six weeks of therapy at 400 mg bid show significant clinical benefits for these patients. Hemoglobin levels increased by a mean of 3.8 g/dL from baseline. These increases are being maintained without transfusions. Three of four patients have responded with hemoglobin levels greater than11 g/dL to date. Hemoglobin in the fourth patient, who has compromised bone marrow function from aplastic anemia PNH, responded with an increase from 6 g/dL at baseline to 9.5 g/dL on treatment. In all four patients, the size of the PNH red blood cell clone approached that of the PNH granulocyte clone, indicating near-complete control of complement-mediated hemolysis
