  6. Bull market for sports betting action as major players shoulder in-Sep. 5, 2020 10:22 AM ET|About: Comcast Corporation (CMCSA)...
The chips are starting to fall in the exploding sports betting world....

Van I as tooling around the TV the other day and I stumbled on Fox Sports Bet or something, an attempt at a betting show. And...

NBC Sports' (NASDAQ:CMCSA) huge $500M investment in PointsBet Holdings (OTCQX:pBTHF) was followed closely by DraftKings (NASDAQ:DKNG) shaking things up with a high-profile partnership with Michael Jordan. At the same time, MGM Resorts (NYSE:MGM) is striking partnerships for its BetMGM app and Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ:PENN) is believed to be weeks away from the highly-anticipated Barstool app launch. In a quieter manner, Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ:WYNN) and Scientific Games (NASDAQ:SGMS) have deepened their relationship to offer more sports betting options in key states.

"U.S. sportsbooks are in an all-out battle to capture bettors' attention and attract users. We expect the current wave of partnerships within traditional media and high-profile personalities to continue as brands fight for attention and market share," notes Roundhill Investments, operator of the Roundhill Sports Betting & iGaming ETF (NYSEARCA:BETZ).

Fanduel (OTCPK:pDYPY) and William Hill (OTCPK:WIMHY) are two of the other notable companies looking to cash in on the sudden surge of sports betting opportunities. After a springtime-early summer period of laying odds on badminton and South Korean baseball, the sportsbooks now have college football, NBA playoffs, NHL playoffs, a coming NFL season and the Kentucky Derby.

Sports betting could go even more mainstream as more cash-strapped states push forward legislation and the pandemic keeps a higher percentage people at home.

    >>>> So We Have To Ask Ourselves... Is there a quick trade in Penn? Yes it would of been far better to have bought this in the high $30's and I did for some friends accounts but due to need of fire power-- yours truly has been left out of the Penn action.

    PENN) Currently $54

BUY PENN NATIONAL:Craig-Hallum analyst Ryan Sigdahl initiated coverage of Penn National (PENN) with a Buy rating and a $75 price target, noting that he sees potential to $200-plus. The analyst believes Penn National has an unmatched competitive position that should lead to top 3 market share and industry-leading profitability. The sports betting and online gaming market is less than $2B today but is expected to grow to $20B-plus over the next decade, he added.

  8. I am still so ticked at the new Jeep-- Freakin' ugly missed the mark for a Wagoneer. After all that wait-- unbelievable no wood on the sides! I should upload a pic of mine on here it s the most beautiful 4 wheel you ever saw.

It has a certain look that no other car on the road has.

The Old Grand Wagoneer was a work of art, with its design rooted in the work of styling legend Brooks Stevens. The vehicle featured a beautiful hood with a raised center section, largely flat slabs of steel on the sides, a tall and confident greenhouse, spindly mostly-vertical pillars, and lots of distance between the body and the ground.

By the time the Wagoneer became the Grand Wagoneer in 1984, the slab sides gained faux wood trim, chrome adorned the pillars and grille (which covered most of the face), the interior got swankier, and that aggressive hood got an ornament to really drive home that this was a status-mobile above all else.

    Mine is from 1987.

  9. Well this is really funny and a little scary I did find my exact Jeep on the youtube- same colorway and everything-and I'm half scared this is the one I bought years ago!

I should add some truth to the whole Jeep thing--

-- To drive this car you must hit the gas two times start and sit in your car for around five minutes tapping the gas.

-- Then you have to shift to Drive and lurch forwards and before it stalls jam the gas to feed some through.

-- Then stop again and sit for 2 more minutes you will notice the idle is smoother and it no longer wants to stall.

-- Then you must take several... two at least... quick moves forward and come to a stop. Go in reverse back up and you are ready to go on a short drive.

-- Then you go the wrong direction because the right out of your street is safer than the left
You prey it doesn't stall at that first stop you make the turn and gun it and drive about a mile or two up the road then take the ridge road for a bit past Hank's farm and then mane a U turn at the power lines and come back down the hill to your house and pick up your family and head to town.

  10. Couple points- My seat is torn in the EXACT same place.

OMG the back opened! This is a legendary SNAFU for this Jeep>My window didn't work I fixed it but I've been afraid to roll it down again since because if it gets stuck again down-- the exhaust comes right in. The Only thing is-- YOU CANNOT OPEN UP THE BACK without rolling down the window!!! Huge manufacturing mistake. So I hand large items in through the back seat.

2nd- this guy gets in and puts the radio on and it plays old music. Mine too!! Somehow it gets mostly reto rock stations.

3rd he sits there with the mold and the rips and the dead engine and he hears that music and you can feel the love. It is impossible not to love this car. Hard to drive.
